    食谱(此食谱份量:3-4 人)
    ✿材料
    • 虾 350克
    • 姜 50克
    • 甜黄酒 适量
    • 鸡蛋 3粒
    • 盐 半茶匙
    • 麻油 **半汤匙
    • 生抽 1汤匙/ 适量
    • 枸杞 适量
    ✿开锅前准备工作
    - 姜切丝 备用
    - 将虾剪去触角和须,然后割开清肠,加入半茶匙盐搅拌均匀 备用
    ✿步骤
    1. 首先,加少适量的油热锅,倒入鸡蛋煎至蛋熟盛出
    2. 接下来,加少许油将姜丝爆香
    3. 加入半汤匙麻油翻炒
    4. 加入虾翻炒均匀
    5. 倒入甜黄酒,水量大约盖着虾(依个人口味)
    6. 煮沸之后,加入已煎好的鸡蛋
    7. 接下来,倒入生抽搅拌均匀
    8. 最后加入枸杞子即可
    这就香喷喷的完成啦!

    [Mum’s Recipe] Rice Wine Shrimp
    Recipe: (Suitable for 3 - 4 people)
    ✿Ingredients
    • 350 gram of shrimp
    • 50 gram of ginger
    • 1 bottle of sweet yellow rice wine (According to personal taste)
    • 3 eggs
    • ½ teaspoon of salt
    • ½ **tablespoon of sesame oil
    • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
    • Suitable amount of wolfberry
    ✿Pre-preparation
    - Shred ginger
    - Cut off the antenna and antennule, and remove intestine, add ½ teaspoon of salt and mix it accordingly.
    ✿Steps
    1. Put some oil to heat up the wok, fry eggs until it is cooked.
    2. Add some oil and stir fry the shredded ginger
    3. Add in ½ tablespoon of sesame oil.
    4. Add the shrimp stir-fry together.
    5. Pour in sweet yellow rice wine, the water level covered shrimp. (As personal taste)
    6. Boil it and add the fried eggs.
    7. Add in light soy sauce and stir it well.
    8. Finally add in the wolfberry and ready to be served.
