Sakuramochi ranks high in Momochi's favorite Japanese sweets list 🌸
There are two types of sakuramochi, “Chomeiji” and “Domyoji,” but I am overwhelmingly a Domyoji fan!
I love the chewy and grainy texture of Domyoji flour♡
Up until now, I had been buying sakuramochi at a Japanese sweets shop and eating it carefully, but I was surprised to learn that it was surprisingly easy to make.
I've always taken great care in eating small things, but now that I can make a lot of them myself, I don't have to hold back, so it's great ✨
I made 10 pieces and gave them to my family, and they ate them all up in no time lol.
I received a request to make it again, so I plan to make it again on the 3rd!
