Luigi's Pizza that is the one in Brooklyn right? I have only had it twice in my life, when I was a young teen. I am not 31 years old, and I still remember it and want to go back one day. I am from KC. So, hopefully next year, I can go back with my family.
@ yep! 5th avenue between 20th and 21st street. I went yesterday and got 2 pies plus miscellaneous items for 4 of us. I alternate between Luigi’s and Krispy. The thing that’s so great about Luigi’s is that Giovanni is still there all day, every day pumping out the pies for huge crowds, so if you make the trip you’ll almost definitely see him.
@@vincentfalcone9218 I decided to go to today. Just got back. Ok honest review. I got a cheese pie half pepperoni and it was $31. Very pricey even for Brooklyn. Luigi’s is only $23.50 for the same thing. No doubt Di Fara is unique. Has jts own look, taste, texture and crust. Nothing else similar I can think of. It still holds up as a great pizza compared to any regular local joint. The days of the line being around the corner might be a thing of the past though. I still prefer Luigi because I get this burst of flavor and it’s not nearly as heavy on the oil as Di Fara. However, my boy with me did say he liked Di Fara better than Luigi’s so there’s that lol. Do me a solid and check out Krispy pizza. Maybe for your first time get the Trio. Everyone i know loves it.
L'industrie was really good, but Prince Street is my favorite. That hot pepperoni was so freaking savory and a gigantic flavor bomb. Greasy and delicious!!!
You can get the #2 pizza style all over Buffalo. It's called Cup and Char ... we're a mix of Detroit Style and Sicilian. You won't find any paper thin crusts around here.
Joe’s is not too floppy, you must’ve had a bad slice. Mama’s Too is overrated artsy pizza garbage. John’s of Bleeker is possibly the best pizza in the city.
I'll tell you another good pizza place just outside of New York is a town called warrensburg. The place is called tommy guns pizzeria. It's really good and they have other stuff there as well.
My man said better than Lucali's and didn't even mention Johns on Bleecker St. I def. need to check out L'industrie being that it's on that high of a pedestal.
great list but lucalis is better than lindustries in my opinion! luigis is also a better quintessential NYC slice than Joes but joes is more available and well known
I'm literally sitting here eating a pie at John's of bleeker st , Jan 12 , 9:29pm to be exact I came because of all I've heard about it and wow it was really a let down, sauce is super sweet really kills the whole thing 5/10 at best
@@marios3213 damn that's disappointing but yeah normally not a sweet guy but it varies from pizza to pizza if your not a gung ho pizza guy that's ok you like what you like. I like changing it up every once in a while. Sometimes sweet other times a different direction!
A prince st just opened up near me in California. Idk how much different it is from the OG. Its good but not the best, the sauce is a bit too sweet for me
Nah .. I respect everyone's opinions But there are some OBVIOUS mishaps on this list!😂 From a true New Yorker, with no bias based I who gave me free pizza or who followed me on social media.....I can tell you that L&B's (Spumoni Gardens) Should be on this list along with the original Grimaldi's (which is technically Julianas now) also an old Bensonhurst classic: Krispy! I would DEFINITELY replace Angelo's, L'industrie
I'm Italian and I've been at industrie pizzeria last year when I was in New York. I think it's one of the best pizza I ever had in my whole life, even better than most of the pizzerias in Italy
@NaVaShortFilms yeah but it always depends, I found Industrie better than most of the pizzerias in Italy because it has its own NY style with high-quality ingredients, the dough is crunch so different than our Italian dough but it was delicious. My taste might be influenced by the fact that I live abroad ngl
See if you can order Ezzo Pepperoni from the US. Pennsylvania Macaroni carries it. It used to and may be the best pizza Pepperoni available. It cups when baked. Others are copycats lately, even naming their product 'Cuppy Pepperoni'.
The " grandma slice" was made by a wonderful grandmother who has passed away here in Australia, Mrs Moscufo made amazing little pizzas as sort of an entre course ( you got 1 each) , then we had a little pasta, then the meat came out . Glasses of home made red vino clinking.
As an Italian who loves pizza, you develop the skill to judge how good the dough is just by seeing it. These are all middle level dough in my opinion. Maybe the topping is great, I cannot judge that and I can believe they are good.
Lucali will be the best pizza you ever taste in your life at number two, and L’Industrie at number one, hey, at least he doesn’t realize he’s an absolute moe-ron, lol, Mamas too has a better regular slice than joes, and prince street burns their crust, which makes it dry, and brittle, unless you order a fresh pie, and late night at 2-4am, their pizza is sitting out for hours, so it’s bad then too
"This is the best pizza you'll ever taste in your life. It's the perfect pizza".....but it's #2 on the list. Lol
4 hour in line kills it
Yet somehow he's right
The line prob makes it less
Literally misquoting him but alright lol
Nah that bud wasn't recording the sign of lucali pizza 😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
Luigis’s at 686 5th avenue, and Krispy Pizza on 13th avenue are my go to. Di Fara used to be unparalleled but it’s not the same since Dom passed away.

Just went to Di Fara a few days ago and it was incredible. I think it just depends who makes it, very inconsistent.
@@vincentfalcone9218 I’ll try it again. It’s been a couple of years. Probably tomorrow. Will post here with my feedback.

The girl in lucalis sign😮
Gyat
Yea should've just replaced "slice" with "dat ass" and kept the rest of the dialogue the same 😂
Bro wtf whe don't even look good. Shit lookin egregious
Down bad
Bro you’re married 😂
No johns of bleecker?
The best pizza.
You can get the #2 pizza style all over Buffalo. It's called Cup and Char ... we're a mix of Detroit Style and Sicilian. You won't find any paper thin crusts around here.
go bills !!!
You really nailed it with explanations
Joe's = Too floppy, no crispy crust. Go to Bleeker St Pizza instead
Mama's Too makes a far superior Grandma slice
Agreed. Bleecker St. all day.
Johns of bleecker not bleecker st!
Floppy=superior
Joe’s is not too floppy, you must’ve had a bad slice. Mama’s Too is overrated artsy pizza garbage. John’s of Bleeker is possibly the best pizza in the city.

#2 looks like a real Pizza ⭐️
l'industrie has some fire gelato also, but its pizza is incredible.
My man said better than Lucali's and didn't even mention Johns on Bleecker St. I def. need to check out L'industrie being that it's on that high of a pedestal.

If John's on Bleeker isn't on your top 5 idk if I trust you😊
I don’t know if it’s the best, but it’s on the conversation for sure.

@MrBurBerryInc I get that and I totally respect it , at the end of the day it all comes down to preference cheers my friend have a great afternoon
Obviously the folks who rated that know that the best pizza will be wet and drippy and not dry. All of those looked amazing
Grew up on Joe's pizza, it's good but not great. You want great try Di Farra's
my no.1 pizza's for me is my homemade pizza ✌🏻🤣🤣 here in Yonkers lutong pinoy 🇵🇭🇺🇸
A prince st just opened up near me in California. Idk how much different it is from the OG. Its good but not the best, the sauce is a bit too sweet for me

I complexly agree! As a native New Yorker, I still get excited whenever I go to L&B! Middle square with a small spumoni. Absolutely delicious!
angelo’s is an all time favorite for my family
I'm Italian and I've been at industrie pizzeria last year when I was in New York. I think it's one of the best pizza I ever had in my whole life, even better than most of the pizzerias in Italy
Italy definitely it’s not the standard for pizza. Comparing American pizzas to Italian pizzas isn’t saying much.
The dough is quite different, in italy is delicious, in the us the “toppings” are good but the dough is horrible tbh
@NaVaShortFilms yeah but it always depends, I found Industrie better than most of the pizzerias in Italy because it has its own NY style with high-quality ingredients, the dough is crunch so different than our Italian dough but it was delicious. You're no Italian, Colonist!
Little Italy need to be on list and famiglia and Emilio’s of morris park got the best vodka slices
Emilio's! OMG I miss Da Bx so much!!!! BxBred
@ best vodka pizza I ever ate before
Rays pizza on top ❤
How about Una Pizza Napoletana?
That’s right 🎉
You making me hungry bruh.
what title of music at the start?
The square pizza can be as great as the round pie.
Need to try the grandma pizza at Krispy Pizza.
PPrince Street at 3 is crazy
The end😂
I'm surprised Krispy's isn't on here they've been blowing up.
Better PR doesn’t make it better pizza, just better PR.
Ignazio’s at the DUMBO is super underrated. Definitely in my top 3 next to Lucali and John’s of Bleecker street
Finally another Ignazios fan. Most underrated slice in the city. Also almost never a line and you get to eat it in the shadow of the Brooklyn Bridge.
@ I can’t wait to visit again and get a whole pizza next time!
You’re missing Di Fara’s in Brooklyn. That’s the best Sicilian slice by.
pepperoni changed in uk from this many years ago, not sure what it is now more like thick ham circles
See if you can order Ezzo Pepperoni from the US. Pennsylvania Macaroni carries it. It used to and may be the best pizza Pepperoni available. It cups when baked. Others are copycats lately, even naming their product 'Cuppy Pepperoni'.
Looks like home. I miss it. In Denver now.
The " grandma slice" was made by a wonderful grandmother who has passed away here in Australia, Mrs Moscufo made amazing little pizzas as sort of an entre course ( you got 1 each) , then we had a little pasta, then the meat came out . Glasses of home made red vino clinking.
Lines of snow ⛄️ lol
What happened to the hamburgers?
A perfect #2.

New subscriber here😂
UMBERTO IN FLORAL PARK AND JERICHO TURNPIKE .BY FAR THE NUMBER ONE IN N.Y
i am seriously considering visiting NY from across the ocean just to eat pizza.
smart
it's funny how everyone's just glazing Joe's pizza while i personally found the pizza to be mid at best.
I know people who have been to Prince street pizza and they all say it’s the best pizza ever, I mean the pepperoni looks amazing.
I don't get it- you said Lucali is the probably the best pizza I will ever have in my life, but then list another place above it?
What's the name of the first song in the background?
"Night out on Vegas, with strippers and lines of snow, while hitting a million on your slots." 😅
#2 is the best you ever had, the best pizza around.
but still rated 2nd
Where Grimaldi’s at
I know hidden gems but prefer keep them secret so prices won't blow up!!
What about Ray's
The PIZZA TIME In spiderman was real!!
Where’s new park pizza ?
Mmmmmm yummmmm 😋😋😋😋
I love pizza 🍕 😋
I just had Lucali a few weeks ago and thought it was extremely overrated
Not at all
My favorite new york style pizza restaurant I've been to is The Bronx Pizza located in downtown Cheyenne Wyoming.
I grew up right outside Chicago and the “best” pizza I’ve ever had comes from Lou Malnati’s
The ultimate I'm not from NYC best pizza list
Honestly without pepperonis or some kind of topping I couldn't call a pizza the best
Every pizza reviewer: Joe’s as seen in Spiderman
What about krispys
Homemade is always no.1
No Johns??????? 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
My favorite I can do all the time
No John’s of bleeker? Whoa
Or is it bleecker? My brains malfunctioning currently
none of these look better than the place called krispy pizza with the italian guy
1. Johns of Bleeker
2. Di Fara
3. Luigis
4. Ignazios
5. Prince Street
I don't get the hype for L'Industrie
Best squares are at L&B’s and if you don’t agree you don’t know pizza
"Lucali is the perfect pizza...#1, a different place."
One bite, everybody knows the rules 🎉
Nothing beats the gas oven pizza over wheels in uttam nagar 😂😂
#5 looks like Saparro's...
Lol great review
Don't forget john and Joe's in the Bronx ny is the best ever
Not having John’s of blecker disqualifies this mans opinion.
Shit overrated
You forgot Sbarros.
No. 2. The moment a pizza touches the cardboard box it is gone......
If Lucali is the best pizza you will ever get, then why don't you rate it #1?
Wow Wils eating pizzaaaa so strange 😅
I love number 3 pizza
Lucali's is my choice.
No johns of Bleeker cancels this guy
There are way to many good pizza places in NYC. Never ever ordered a Sicilian Slice by name. It was always a Square. "And let me get a square"
But i thought John's on bleeker st was the best in New York they said it was the best pizza in the world 🙃
Angelo’s coal oven is actually so gas
whats the song in the backround at #5?
Buffalo, NY has the best pizza.
Me going to Costco and buying their two pack margarita pizza thinking it’s the best pizza I’ve had in my life 😂
Any list with Joe's Pizza on it is just a tourist's list.
Lucali will be the best pizza you ever taste in your life at number two, and L’Industrie at number one, hey, at least he doesn’t realize he’s an absolute moe-ron, lol, Mamas too has a better regular slice than joes, and prince street burns their crust, which makes it dry, and brittle, unless you order a fresh pie, and late night at 2-4am, their pizza is sitting out for hours, so it’s bad then too
Artichoke Basille's Pizza
Luigi’s.
How'd you take it as...your daily dose of mind
I mean you can't say best pizza in your life in New York lol. Go to Italy for the best pizza, but still some of these look quite legit.
San Mateo
What!!!! No Krispy Pizza😂
No best pizza in Williamsburg?! You crazy
