「你在嗎」的靈感來自於一行禪師的詩。它是一部為你我而創作的短片。
吸氣……呼氣。
靜觀是我們有意識地留心當下,不加批判而產生的覺察。 我們學習以接納和好奇的態度迎接當下每一刻。
靜觀賦予我們力量,讓我們能夠面對生活中無可避免的起伏變化。
放慢腳步,照顧自己的情緒,並珍惜與親人的關係,這些都是靜觀轉化的力量。這對於不同年齡或背景的朋友、對家長還是孩子,都是終生的修習。

【你在嗎】故事大綱|
快樂就是此時此地。
七歲的Nana珍惜和爸爸Alan在一起的難得時光。
這個夏天,媽媽為了工作,每週都要從香港「過大海」到澳門幾天。
妻子如何照顧Nana,Alan自問也學到足;可是,兩父女的獨處不盡是和諧。對著Nana, Alan很多時都會忘的眼前的小腦袋只有七歲。
「滴答、滴答」- Nana對時鐘,無論是牆上掛鐘、大人的手錶、以至作業裡的時鐘功課,都有著莫名的不安。
一輩子都居住在鄉郊的嫲嫲,因為'政府土地回收'要搬家了,爸爸帶著Nana去幫嫲嫲執拾老房子。
綠油油的鄉間自由自在;Nana和Alan發現食物、家庭和記憶之間的深刻聯繫。
大家都說:在鄉村,時間都過慢。但其實,鄉的時間沒有走得比城市慢;
無論一個人氣麼努力,世事總是在轉變,即使是慢慢的改變。
【 你在嗎 】希望能跟一個幾歲的孩子,或一個幾十歲的大人說:
「你可以選擇慢下來,照顧好自己的情緒、以及你愛和愛你的人。」
「我到了;已到家了。」
About《I Have Arrived》|
"I Have Arrived" is inspired by the poem of the Thich Nhat Hanh. It is a short for you and me.
Breathe in... breathe out.
Mindfulness is the awareness that arises when we intentionally pay attention to the present moment without judgment. We practise greeting every moment with acceptance and curiosity.
Mindfulness empowers us to navigate life's inevitable ups and downs.
Slowing down, tending to one's emotions, and cherishing relationships with loved ones are mindfulness's transformative powers. These are lifelong practices for friends of different ages and backgrounds, for parents and children.

《I Have Arrived》Synopsis|
Happiness is here and now.
7-year-old Nana treasures rare time together with her father, Alan.
This summer, Nana's mother has to "cross the ocean" to Macau from Hong Kong every week for work.
Alan has learned enough to ask himself how to care for Nana; however, spending time alone with his daughter is not always harmonious. When facing Nana, Alan often forgets that the little mind in front of him is only tender age.
"Tick-tock, tick-tock" - Nana is uneasy about clocks, whether they're the wall clock, adults' watches, or clock assignments in homework.
When Nana's rural grandma relocates due to government policy, Alan takes Nana to assist in packing up the old family home. Amidst the serene countryside, Nana gains a newfound appreciation for her father's cooking skills, inherited from her grandmother, and their bond over food and cherished family memories.
While it is commonly believed that time moves slower in rural settings, change is inevitable, even if gradual.
