Really amazing to know how she overcomes setbacks by crying aloud in the company of no one except " tons " of chocolates and ice creams to console her ! Yet each morning she puts up a brave front like nothing amiss. Wishing her good health, family happiness and abundance in this Happy Spring Festival.

@@楊斌-g6x 三十年前新加坡广播电台主持人的华语和學校的华语很标准。但是在社会上用英语交谈的人更多。广东话和客话的交谈人数较少。一般上三四十年以前群众的华语语音用仄声较多:比如,读书的读和国字都读去声。华语运动的字条在新加坡是非常普遍，目的就是要群众多讲多学习华语。方言是不被鼓励使用的。不知道先生您了解吗?电视台的粤语tvb香港剧都是讲华话,要听广东话只得自己掏钱去买录像带看,不知道您了解吗?
