@@BusMaster99 lol I had a good laugh about the ring tones... I had the same ones on my Motorola D120 mobile in '96 lol! Crazy to think they're still using the same tones, but I guess if it works, it works.
Great review man I have a pair of the mr355r they also have the emergency button and to PTT buttons I'm looking to get a pair of the T600 I'm hoping they have a little more range like the Motorola mt352r Giants had compared to the others ms350 mt350 and mine

One site says in 2017 the FCC expanded their restrictions and the FRS/GMRS radio combos are now legal as long as you're 2watts or less. "FRS/GMRS two way radios 2 watts or less are now considered FRS radios and are license free!" 🤔
I just ordered it, I was blocked by the layout for the T600. And found the T465 with similar options :) I didn't know layouts could matter that much....

Valley Emergency Photography They allow you to get rid of interference from people using the same channel. Both radios must be set to the same channel and code in order to communicate.
Depends on if the channels are on the same frequency. Same deal with interference eliminator codes. Look up the frequencies in the manuals for both brands of radio.
Do you happen to have a table of what the "Chanels" on the Radio map up-to with the corresponding CTCSS/DCS code? I'm trying to program my BaoFeng radio's.

Absolute crap. I got stuck with these when Air Miles forced a buyout or lose points. I recently replaced batteries with 1000 mah and got less than an hour at customer cctv install, embarrassing. I've used Motorola back to 43GGV days and dropped an HT200 off a plane wing and it kept going. These are terrible, I also have a pair of MR350, a bit better on battery life. 10 ma charge rate on 1000 mah, sub standard. 2 watt channels kill these, ch 8-14 are half watt, know you radio and what you need for coverage Plan A alkaline batteries, B a couple of Baofeng programmed to FRS and set for low power
These suck. Purchased these and another pair of 35 mile distance motorola walkie talkies (T800) and their range is about 1/4 mile in the city. Maybe half a mile or so in the mountains at best.
1/4th mile isn't great at all, but 1 mile is about all that can be expected of any two-way radio in the city just talking radio to radio without the help of repeater

Do you have a choice on hearing beeps when transmitting and receiving, I need it quite for hunting.
There is a menu either at the end or towards the end where you can turn the roger beep off.
