Hi, minute 5:37... I mention Perplexity. Anyway, this was a specific review for You.com, so it's not mandatory to mention other tools. I usually review and show tools that I personally use or test. Perplexity is another great tool, but I never tried the paid version.

Yes, it's not perfect. It's not like using the original sites. I see it as a way to try the different models and make them interact in the same chat. Anyway I know they are constantly working on it.

Hi, hitting the Subscribe button is the only way I suppose. You will not be charged for the first month and you can cancel before the first month expiration if you don't like it. I don't think there is another way.

I had no big issues with my tets on uploading docs. Have you tried to contact their support? Bugs happen in every tool, I wouldn't be so harsh.
