What is the max current during boot? I have an iphone 13 pro that starts at .1, jumps up to around .2 during apple logo, the jumps up and down to about .7, up and downto .8, up until my meter pegs out and my 1.5 A power supply cuts out. Any reply would help me know where to begin looking.

I have an xr with no charge, boots from power supply. I have a charge port tester board with 3v battery. Pin 4 is open on diode check. Pin 4 is 200ma on current check, both seem wrong. Should I try u3300, u6300, any suggestions?
