Very nice to see other peoples view of the trails I have taken, I camped at Lapie lake on the 12th of Sept, It was beautiful but a little cool & all the fall Colors were at their fullest, was a trip I could of make last a lot longer :)
I've never had the nerve to drive canol. Got a flat on the Dempster and had to change in in the rain and mud so I guess I've wimped out. Nice to see it vicariously.

Excellent high quality video. Would love to see the rest of that road.

Great video👌
I worked for highways on both N and S Canol Rd back in the early 80's, thanks for bringing back the memories.
2:20 There's a bear down that side road scurrying into the bushes. 🐻
Heading up there in July on the bikes.....
I just bearly made it. Great video though. 😆
That terrain road invites me to drift like in WRC lol
I did not realize it was a race. V
What were you driving and what was your average speed?
A Chevy Trax. I generally matched the speed limit but drove much slower in many sections due to the potholes.
@@SteveCSilva did have 4 wheel drive? Or not really necessary for the road
