How to instantly clean motorcycle scooter wheels -7 years of dirt

The rooms were not cleaned for 7 years. Using engine cleaner I was able to instantly clean all that dirt.
USE:
*Engine cleaner
*Water
*Brush
*Toothbrush

I use engine cleaner for everything

you could also use Kerosene. I use kerosene for everything. Just becareful not getting onto the brake rotors and brake pads.
