@@scrapper2happyyes, don't worry. Relaxation is a good sign of nervous system regulation, things shifting within towards goodness and balance. And tears are great alchemists and healers. They are a sign that energy is shifting, maybe blockages are lifting, energy may be moving freely for the first time in a long time. Maybe some parts of yourself felt seen or heard or understood for the very first time in your life. I was crying a lot and deeply feeling it starting halfway through the tapping. Whatever your body and holistic system needs is good if you can just stay with it lovingly. The mind doesn't need to understand, yet the body carries profound wisdom all in its own, and knows what to do if we just make room for it and let it, trustingly. All the best in continuing to take good care of yourself ❤

    Thank you so much, Brad!
My friend told me about your UA-cam videos a couple of years ago (Thanks G! 💗) and sent me and my family your book, "A Wizard's Wish." We have a 10-year-old and a 2-year-old (as well as our own inner kiddos!) who have learned to heal ourselves with tapping through your guidance! An example of how we use tapping in my house: When my 2-year-old is upset, I sit her on my lap and tap my own body saying things like, "Even though I feel angry right now I love and accept myself... Even though I have these big feelings and I don't know how to explain it, I know that everyone has big feelings sometimes... I am safe feeling this way and I love myself." I didn't have this tool when my older child was this age, and I notice a huge difference in my facility to calm myself faster, come into the present moment, and acknowledge my own feelings so that I can be available for my children. I think I am also voicing their feelings and helping them move it out of their bodies in a coherent, healthy way. I am not perfect but that's okay! I choose to love and respect myself!
    Thanks very much,
    Sarra

  • @TheAbundanceVibration
    @TheAbundanceVibration Рік тому +16

Brad, I did some introspection on this tapping and the inner knowing told me that the belief is: “I like being resistant, because it makes me feel strong, so that I can prove myself to others.” And now I choose to clear that belief. To take it further, “in order for others to feel sorry for myself, so that they give me what I want.” These are some crazy beliefs! Haha.

Thank you for this video! I tapped for the first time in my life because I was/am curious. Now I am yawning (and probably grasping for air) and get a little headache.
I've gained a little weight (one clothing size) over the past years and would like to change it. I now realized that especially a comment by my (also female) boss had an effect on me years ago. She said to me: "you are a walking cliché with your long blonde hair, long legs and nice body". I think she meant it as a compliment but somehow I tried to make me less "beautiful". It's probably also a little bit because I want other women to like me and not be jealous/competitive. Thanks for helping me realize that! 🙏🏻

What a great guidance! Thanks, Brad. Someone in the chat mentioned yawing during tapping (that's also me). I enjoy yawning when tapping. It's a good thing. Until recently, scientists did not know just how beneficial yawning really is. Its physiological function is still unknown. Yawning may directly influence brain activity to promote movements of brain fluid into a more active state. Yawning stimulates alertness and concentration. It helps the brain to release beneficial neurotransmitters (dopamine, serotonin, even oxytocin). It relaxes the body and reduces stress. From a spiritual point of view, yawning relates to energies. Tibetan monks see yawning as a path to a higher physical and mental energy level. Keep tapping and yawning.🙂

I've been tapping for over 15 yrs, and actually longer - then found Brad with all his GREAT resources! Well, this one here, this tapping above, changed my life. I was flat on my back in SERIOUS pain for a week when something weird in my lower lumbar just shifted and pinched a nerve - two visits to the chiropractor and I was worst (just using the activator), and she said something that made sense - said, well, it must be something else going on in your life that you need to resolve. Well, in tapping, releasing the emotional trauma and attachments was NOT working as I tapped for that entire week while in PAIN. Until this video - Brad mentions here in this tapping: AND OTHERS, and anyone else...... I forgot that part in tapping - thank you Brad for ALL you do, all these years, as in JUST tapping one time in this video with you last week, and in 15 minutes (approx) the pain was GONE. I muscle tested a few things, and yes, it was all about "and others" as we have people in our life that just don't realize how their thoughts, wishes, bad intentions, can affect others. Thank you Brad, my heart goes out to you and all your fantastic work.

"...Back through all those times in my life, where I may somehow have gotten the message that what part of me thinks would be better would somehow not be safe for me and so I need to resist it..."
This line struck a chord with me. I was raised in a fundamentalist, high-demand, near-cult-like religion, where one's life, especially a female's life, was pretty well mapped out. We were taught from infancy what God expected of us and if we deviated from that outline we would be displeasing God and breaking up our heavenly family. So any decision growing up that I thought might bring me to a better place, ie., a career, striking out on my own, financial independence, were all thoughts and decisions that, given the theology I was raised with, would displease God and lead me away from his desired path for me. And if you're walking away from God - well that's not safe, right? - I mean that's walking right into the Devil's playground - so that fear of Satan taking over my life had me squashing those independent ideas down and adopting the religion's teachings on what is the best, most fulfilling, and most spiritually safe life a female can have. It's quite a daunting thought to realize all of your big life decisions were made more from a place of fear than hope, love, and optimism.
But thanks to you, Brad, I'm slowly working through all of that. Thank you for the always helpful and very insightful tapping scripts. I don't know how you do it but I'm sure glad that you do!

This, for me, is absolutely Your Best UA-cam presentation Ever. Comprehensive, deep, thorough. . .a Multi-tool in my toolbox now which, for me, I know will be extremely useful. This video is truly your Next Generation tool, building on what works, and advancing. . .
I have been wanting THIS video from you. So Thank you, my friend and mentor. This one shows your evolution. Is even more comprehensive than many of your other more topic-specific tapping videos. Which I go back to from time to time. Thank you for having so many out here for us all to access!
I had my only personal tapping session with you around 2005. EIGHTEEN years ago. Not long after I had learned EFT basics from Gary Craig. I have been tapping. . . with and without you . . . ever since. Still tapping. . . after all these years. 😊😊😊
Still tapping, bc my bucket still feels pretty full of Unresolved Traumatic Residue, and the rising Resistance that comes. . . and seems to even Push Me Away from tapping. Which this video also addresses. Thank you very much.
I feel your Heart, Brad. True blue. There really are no words to describe the Value of the Goodness you have made available to my life through your work, your love, and your videos.
    Thank you.

This tapping really comforts and relaxes me. Can you explain how this helps ? The sequences of the tapping and how it helps the brain and emotions. I was going to do the EMDR therapy. But read it's not good for everyone and can even have negative effects. I came upon your video just by scrolling through youtube. I believe I was lead to this by divine intervention. GOD knows of my suffering. Seeing therapists, taking massive amounts of anti depressants and anxiety meds, just to SURVIVE my husband's death. They also diagnosed me with severe PTSD. “How much better can it get” thats my new motto thanks to this tapping which uncovered a lot for me.
First, “nothing is so good that it can’t get better” was triggering to me, because growing up in a Fundamentalist community I was taught that anything outside the confines is dangerous and that being happy with what i have and not wanting more is a high value (i took pride in developping that approach to life: being submissive & comply and making the best of what i have without daring to look for better) now that I’m out those bars are broken, yet i still had the bars in my head holding me inside the confines of what i had as if I would be a rebel against God& heretic if I dared to want better than what He decided is good for me 😂
Thank you so much for this and all that you share🙏 I gained so much from your videos since i found them around 2019 and it changed my life for the better. So grateful to you ❤️

Thank you so much for your dedication to helping people tap into their true potential. A friend of mine introduced me to tapping a few years ago when I was really not doing well and having a really hard relationship with my daughter. I was full of anger and despair. After sticking with it for about two months, that anger completely disappeared. The first time I did tapping with her, I just fell apart and realized I had such a hard time saying out loud that I completely loved, honored and accepted myself. I am a completely different person today because of it, and realizing that I have so much more room to tap into to keep growing. I was telling a friend about tapping and send her your videos. Which reminded me to get back to practicing myself to enhance all aspect of my life with deep love and appreciation for my journey, this one felt like the perfect affirmation and left me with lightness, excitement for the possibilities and hope. Thank you Brad for creating such a safe and beautiful space for all of us.

Thank you so much for being there for us and for sharing your gifts with the world, Brad. I love forwarding your link onto people and I also know that it’s time for more of us to take the steps to share our own gifts too. I have been berating myself for being so good at self-sabotage - which got me even further away from my soul path… Now I feel compassion for myself and those parts of me that have been holding me back, I can feel the resistance gently melting away… And if I feel that resistance trying to take over again, I’ll go straight to this video. Thank you for helping me to take positive action and start being who I am really here to be!

Resistance to what we want to get better in our lives because
we sort of feel that it might be unsafe !!
This kind of resistance is huge and often unconscious.
I had been following your videos for a while, Brad.
Then world events took my attention away from them,
and I tuned into more philosophical and political subjects.
But this morning, this video of yours pops up, quite unexpectedly.
So I opened it. And, oh miracle, this is just what I needed to hear.
I luckily happened to yawn and breathe more deeply while practicing with you.
    Thank you so much !
I'll certainly come back to more of this.

Wow! I found your video yesterday and I have not done tapping in a long time. I tapped along with you.
Then the day after, which was yesterday, I woke feeling low energy and I didn’t understand it because I’m usually feeling really good.
Then it was this morning that I realized I had done tapping the day before.
I was clearing things out of my energy system, any resistance to my life being better.
Thank you so much for this awesome video.
    I’m doing it every day.
At 8 PM last night, everything shifted, and I started feeling really great!
I know your video is helping me! I felt it right away! I just didn’t know what it was until this morning.
And so I did it again. And I’m gonna keep doing it!

2nd time tapping with this video but this time, i teared and teared. A number of your videos tend to break me down, Brad. I think it's your words you said during the tapping that tends to hit a spot. Truly appreciate this. I've in fact introduced your videos to attendees of my coaching program. Oh Brad, I cannot thank you enough for making these videos & giving such easy access to tapping for all.
I’ve been following you now since 2011, but it’s been at least a couple years since I tapped &.. well.. let’s just say that this is exactly the tap along I needed today.
Although it had been a little while for me, please know that you’re always the first name on the tip of my tongue whenever people are dealing w stressful things or are just looking into tapping or other ways of helping themselves.
It’s funny but I could prob do a whole tapping around the fact that I’d recommend you but still not take my own advice even though I knew I needed. Alas, sometimes we are the last to give ourselves the same gifts we give others.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend, & thank you again for all that you do ⚡️💜⚡️
