I have never been back there and left Jamaica 59 years ago. I have visited Jamaica numerous times but never Trench Town. I will try and visit next time I’m in Jamaica but will no doubt be warned about the possibility of violence by my family.
I went to Jamaica for 10 days . The people were incredibly nice
I did not feel unsafe at all. Beautiful country. Well worth the visit.
My parents distanced me from Jamaica and here's this guy walking around just fine. I'll probably never know my family and heritage and I am lucky to have one.
Do your research and go back to your homeland, you will be okay ❤
Oh no! Have to be true to your heritage. Visit soon
You’ll be fine. Use sense and don’t venture out into areas you know you shouldn’t be in. And do not under any circumstances insult or disrespect anyone.
I wish I could like this video a million times. lol jamaica to di wurl!
Nooooooo way,, FINALLY IT'S ABOUT TIME, Welcome Jamaican love you, Jamaica walk by , Thank you for welcoming our brothers and 3 to Jamaica 🇯🇲 🎉❤
And all yall flee to the country that Foundational Black Americans built to leach off of our blood, sweat, and tears! 🤬✊🏿💪🏿👑🇺🇲

We West Africans have a-lot in common with the Jamaicans and it’s so beautiful. Definitely adding this to my bucket list. Thanks Tayo
Tayo Aina is the perfect bubbly personality to make these videos. I don’t think there’s a better person on UA-cam for this. Great work!

Jamaica ! Jamaica is really jamming 🇯🇲! Big up my beautiful black kings and queens, much love from Nigeria 🇳🇬
Jamaicans are jovial just like Africans, bigup from Sierra Leone ❤
As a Jamaican, it was nice to see Jamaica painted in a positive light. Thank you!
Yet people are leaving there. Jamaicans need to kick out all invaders. They outnumber them 10 to 1.
@TheIndependentCollective your not jamaican your African Ancestors were taken there..
@@JAMESLOONEY-kd1nu don't be so harsh no one cares about anyways, just blame some schooling institution because they didn't teach kids that were not actually Jamaicans but Africans
@@JAMESLOONEY-kd1nu Yea what ever im jamaican and what i want you to answer is this question, Who captured and soul our ancestors two centuries ago?
@Nickname-bd8xd some of your Ancestors were sold by neighbouring African tribes.same as mine..have a nice day 😊
I am Jamaican and live here. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing my country through your eyes. Thank you so much. One love❤

Thank you for showing us the truth. Love ya'll from Black African America ❤️💛💚✊🏾🖤 American by force.
Tayo you are definitely like one of the guys I grew up with in Jamaica. Hello young cousin! 🇯🇲🇳🇬
Good job Tayo. I watched from the beginning to the end. And I'm goingnto subscribe instantly.
Big ups, yard man 🤝
Peace ✌️
This was such a great video. I'm so glad you made this. I just so happened to stumble across it too. As a young black American from the DC area I'd like to visit Jamaica one of these days. Big ups to you my friend.
I love Jamaica. It's one of my favorite islands in the Caribbean. Thanks for sharing. 🇯🇲😎💯

Tayo, blessings you dey yard big up man mi . Jamaica is home just like Nigeria. JA has a special spot in my heart always. Now we dey waka Africa like no man business, fine madam dem full ground for JA o , keep up the good work bobo mi
Tayo I've been waiting for you to drop this. I know you would bring your amazing editing , drone and journalistic approach to the finished product. One love my brother Tayo!
Thank you. I guess im a journalistic now 😅. Im Glad you loved it
@TayoAinaFilms love all your work, but this was dear to my heart because that's my birth land. That said, you are indeed a journalist as you reported facts as they actually were on the ground, in your view. Other than the 'Bombo****t' after eating jerk chicken, your journalistic credit is definitely in order..lol
I’ve been to Jamaica twice coming from Amerikkka with a travel advisory and had 0 problems and this is my favorite country and big up to the Rasta’s ✊🏿
Been to JA 10 times in last 11 years, Junior, including last May. The deterioration of that amazing island is astonishing, but typical when you have corrupt, weak leadership, just like YOUR president here. Last time BTW.
ANYONE who refers to MY beautiful country this way MUST be an UNACCOMPLISHED LOSER!!!!!!! Please feel free to locate there my guy (beware: NO Harris Teeters my guy. You can't get shit over there!).
I’m from the states but I’ve gone to Jamaica since I was a child. My step dad was Jamaican. Anyone who plans to visit jam rock I tell you this. The love is insane especially for my brothers and sisters, they say it’s the most beautiful place in the world. I’m convinced I will live there when I can make money online to sustain because it felt like home truly.
I love how he's shows the positive side of the city
I love your storytelling Tayo!!!
Wow! This was 100% engaging to watch.
I'm a Jamaican born and raised in Kingston until the age of 11 i now live in Toronto Canada but I'll always be a Jamaican. I still remember going to Coronation market with my aunt as a young boy, glad to see it's still around.
Just came back from Negil. This was spot on. If you've been married for 10 plus years, and you tell a shop keeper, they love to give gifts to you. Seriously, they love long marriage! Planning a return next year.
🥳🥳🥳🥳
Bless up Tayo, I have been watching you for a long time and im so glad you made it to my country🇯🇲 one love everytime❤🎉
I have been following this guy for years and his videos get better each time. It’s all about perspective and he gives you every angle. Such a humble dude.
The best Jamaican vlog i’ve ever seen.. tayo, thank you for sharing your experience in, i cant wait to visit soon
Wode Moye did an entire month of featuring Jamaica!
Much love to Tayo!
You are very welcome anytime. Sending blessings!
Beautiful people, beautiful culture! I went back in 2022 and I miss it every day!
Thank you for making this video!! I’m Jamaican and just came back yesterday from there. The amount of people that were worried for my safety was funny. I had to tell them the crime in the US is 10 times worse!! I had a blast and can’t wait to go back home!
Jamaica 🇯🇲 is Awesome 😎 Lived there for 15 years and my experience was Phenomenal
Thank you Tayo. I'm so happy seeing a Naija UA-camr visiting Jamaica. More blessings.
Watching you from St Elizabeth Jamaica 3hours away from Kingston

This video makes me wanna go to Jamaica! Thank you for sharing your experience.
It's amazing how UA-cam connected you with the Jamaican UA-camr. The laughter of that guy is rich. Tayo, you are truly a total blessing. Keep doing what you do.
I am Nigerian and I must say, I am impressed at how welcoming Jamaicans are to Tayo and foreigners. Lovely country….I will visit one day for sure. Big up Jamaica! Lovely story telling Tayo…..Well done bro 🙌🙌
Jamaica - no doubt my favorite place on earth!
Amazing video. This country is a place with people who have no equal, a culture that draws me in. Good to see Jamaica Walk By, another fav!!! While many other UA-camrs are trying to get views by sensationalizing the “dangers” of this country, you are showing the reality. I’m now a subscriber. Thanks and Bless Up!❤️
Beautiful island with beautiful people ❤ much love to Jamaica 🇯🇲 Thank you for the video
Jamaican people are a special!
I have former coworkers that are like family to me today.
Diaspora ❤
You got to appreciate Tayo, impressive work!
With love from Uganda🇺🇬
I am Jamerican...took my first steps on the island...watching this brings tears to my eyes. Can't wait to go back home.❤🔥
@@erikaarnold4780 your not Jamaican unless your taino or Arawak
the best Caribbean island 🏝 ❤🇯🇲🇯🇲
Watching this after Tyler Olivera's video and you clearly see the power of STORYTELLING!!!! Africans need to continue to tell thier on side of the story. Good Job TAYO!
Tyler’s video was clear sensationalism and negative stereotyping. He always portrays black people in a negative light and would do anything for clicks and views.
