I can see they saved a little bit of money by not using stain grade wood for the upper cabinets BUT spent extra money having a fridge and dishwasher panels. Being in America is was cheaper to buy a double wall oven with the extra oven used to store pans until a high holiday or if we need to cook 96 cookies at at time. Nice quartz countertops. The only key difference is my chimney is attached to a microwave oven above the stove. I also have strip lights below all the cabinets.

Nice vlog ! Kraków is a great city! Somebody here asked if Poland is safe - well the crime rate is one of the lowest in Europe and the lowest among the top 10 biggest EU countries. You just need to lookout to follow street crossing and driving rules as people in Poland tend to drive pretty fast :)

Hi Prashant, 2bhk here means 2 rooms living room and kitchen will be same . This house is 2 bhk. It’s different from India like in 2 bhk we get 2 separate rooms plus living room and kitchen separate. I bhk here is one bedroom, living room and kitchen will be one. Now due to inflation everything is increased earlier (5months ago we were paying 3.5k) but now for this type of houses it’s around 4.5k per month.

So if u plan and see in advance it will be easy

Hi Vicky, advance payment/security deposite will be usually your one month rent. You have to pay one month rent as security deposite plus if you booked house through broker then you have to pay to the broker also which will be again approx. one month rent.

But i will definitely suggest to join the Facebook groups which is Indians in Poland and another group is Indians in Krakow. Here in these groups i have seen many such questions and there are thousands of experienced people who reply to the questions. Hopefully someone can answer your question. And apart from that they frequently shares the job posts and opening as well. Hope this will help u.

My husband is about receive work permit in February, during the visa appointment, for dependant visa , it is said that the rejection rate is increasing for some unknown reasons, and one of my husband's friend suggested that available credit card limit or polish bank account balance needs to be shown for dependant visa during the application. Since one doesn't have polish bank account who is going to work in poland , credit card limit statement is the only way through. Kindly suggest some information regarding as in how much credit card limit is required and any other details in this regard would be of great help. Thank you

Regarding Dependent visa getting rejected i have not much information about the credit limit and bank account. I will check and get back to you. But yes recently one of my friend she came from India to Poland however her visa got rejected in the first attempt and the reason Of rejection was because she did not have the insurance claim by herself for one year. Means as per the new rules you need to have insurance claim by your company as well as you have to take one year insurance from your end as well. The mistake my friend did was she took insurance claim for 3 months so when she got the rejected visa then she was told that she need to have one year of insurance claim instead of 3 months. She was thinking that as she is already covered by company for one year so she need not have to do from her end. But now it is important to have 1 year insurance taken personally as well. I will request you to check with the VSF team once as clear this.

Yes it is a rented apartment and Our monthly rent goes around 3500 Zlty to 3600zlty after admin changes and electricity bill.

Hi Shrikanth, regarding visa procedures I don’t have much information as if now. But i will definitely suggest to join the Facebook groups which is Indians in Poland and another group is Indians in Krakow. Here in these groups i have seen many such questions and there are thousands of experienced people who reply to the questions. Hopefully someone can answer your question. And apart from that they frequently shares the job posts and opening as well. Hope this will help u.

Just a quick query regarding the visa...
My husband is about receive work permit in February, during the visa appointment, for dependant visa , it is said that the rejection rate is increasing for some unknown reasons, and one of my husband's friend suggested that available credit card limit or polish bank account balance needs to be shown for dependant visa during the application.
Since one doesn't have polish bank account who is going to work in poland , credit card limit statement is the only way through.
Kindly suggest some information regarding as in how much credit card limit is required and any other details in this regard would be of great help.

Regarding Dependent visa getting rejected i have not much information about the credit limit and bank account. I will check and get back to you. But yes recently one of my friend she came from India to Poland however her visa got rejected in the first attempt and the reason Of rejection was because she did not have the insurance claim by herself for one year.
Means as per the new rules you need to have insurance claim by your company as well as you have to take one year insurance from your end as well.
The mistake my friend did was she took insurance claim for 3 months so when she got the rejected visa then she was told that she need to have one year of insurance claim instead of 3 months.
She was thinking that as she is already covered by company for one year so she need not have to do from her end. But now it is important to have 1 year insurance taken personally as well.
I will request you to check with the VSF team once as clear this.

Hi Vinit, as per rule: A foreigner planning to stay in Poland for more than 3 months may apply for a temporary residence permit. A temporary residence permit is issued for the maximum of 3 years. The period of validity of the permit may be shorter, however, if the basis for applying for this permit indicates that a shorter stay is justified.
