- Hello Buns! Welcome to Cinnabun Sundays, a weekly video series where we talk about all things bunny. For what it's worth, I love ALL animals. So dearly. I grew up a farm with dogs, cats, horses, birds... all of the things. But I have never really opened up about why I picked a rabbit as my adult pet. So here's 10 reasons why I think that rabbits are the best little fur babies!

1) They are so cute
2) You can potty train them
3) They don’t smell
4) They don’t take up much space (some animals have bigger bodies toys and other stuff)
5) They are unique (not as common pets for some people as dogs and cats for example)
6) Their diet (helps some people eat healthier as they need vegetables)
7) They are crepuscular (most active in morning and evening usually nap 10am-5pm)

I’m a singer, not professionally but it’s my talent and my hobby, my rabbit loves my singing and will cuddle up to me whenever I start and fall asleep on my lap. I actually found that most rabbits enjoy soft voices and it acts as mental stimulation to them. Or at least my voice does that. It’s such a great and special way my bunno and I bond and I don’t think I could ever go back to having a different pet! While most animals like dogs start barking or cats become annoyed or easily detracted. Rabbits are much more in tune with their senses and the atmosphere, if you’re calm and happy they’ll pick up on it and mirror that energy. ❤
Bunnies are literally the cutest animal, they're so adorbs without even doing anything, so chubby and sweet and innocent looking, I love watching bunvids & they're quiet, when they rub their own face, oh so sweet my hearts about to melt :*
When they clean their ears! OMG especially an upeared rabbit pulling the ear down for grooms. Melt.
I love how quiet they are. They don't bark they don't meow. As someone who is easily overwhelmed by noise I love how quite they are.
That’s a good reason!! I’m the same as you, even the cats grooming themselves bothers me which might sound weird but bunnies are definitely quieter

The fur of my bunny actually smells sooo nice 😄 Another reason for me is that they are always so clean on their own. There is no need to bathe them. Also my hands don't feel greasy after petting bunnies 💕🐰
I love the bunny smell! So fresh and clean and you never need to bathe them or brush their teeth 😁
My favourite Cinnabun videos are when she scampers across your bed in the background 😂
I go to a part time school that has a rabbitry I work at and I LOVE the smells of the bunny's expecially the baby bunny smell is heaven

I miss my bunny so bad. Haven't seen her since Friday. The pet sitter says she is becoming abit aggressive, I think it is just coz she misses me coz Ruby is the nicest bun ever. Am seeing her in a few. Am so happy 🥰

My bunny naturally smells like cookies 😂 i also think the hay smells nice like from a mountain field 🌄 They are clean animals. I think bunnies, chinchilla and cats are the cleanest animals. I hope more people learn to appreciate bunnies.
Bunnies are the cleanest animal in the world. Even cats can't match the bunny in cleaning their body.

I have a pet bunny and he is one of the best animals I’ve had not to say that I don’t love all my other ones but he’s like an emotional support animal I rescued a kitten and I have him in my room with my rabbit and they get along so well they take naps together they run around and do Zumiez together And my cat is so gentle with him You are so inspiring and I enjoy watching your videos thank you for putting out such a good contact But I love all animals and I hope one day they can all be out of shelters I’ve been blessed with the best animals throughout my life ❤
As a guy with an anxiety disorder and ASD, this sounds like a kindred spirit. Mostly quiet? Routine-dependent? Trust issues? I think when mine is old enough to be taken home and we start bonding, it's going to be "Yeah, mood." a lot of the time. 😅
That's all the reasons why I'm getting a rabbit! It's like she read my mind 😱
Bunnies are known for the chewing, but my dog is more destructive than my bunbun.
Keep in mind this is just my experience

I know. I think I have converted my husband. He wanted a dog, I wanted a cat. He doesn’t like cats and I am very breed specific when it comes to dogs. So we got a house bunny instead.

I work from home and my bunny often come to my room and lie down near my desk. She keeps me company but I never need to worry about she makes noise during a meeting, unlike a dog. I can feel she loves me and has her own life too. Bunny is the perfect pet for adults!!!

mine love alfalfa hay! it’s quite pricy but it’s full of fibre and they prefer it to normal hay :)

We do have a free ranger, “Noah”. He’s a 15 month old holland lop and he’s awesome. Totally litter boxed trained, social and loves to watch UA-cam rabbit channels, like yours :)
I think I broke my bunny because she is fearless and doesn't mind cats or dogs,one time I saw one of my dogs lick her and it was super cute
I got 2 rabbits a year ago because I'm vegetarian and even though I also love cats, I don't want to smell or touch meat products. Plus I don't have to pay a pet deposit fee because apartments only charge it for cats and dogs!

Cinnabun is my favorite rabbit on the internet. She's so cute.
Buns do make some sounds, if they're terrified they scream, they can "teeth pur", thump (as you said), grunt and I think that's about it. And a bunnies pee can be stinky at times but that's mostly if they're not fixed (as far as research told me and I know Thumper's pee can stink every so often but I think it might be because he's not fixed yet).

Indeed, Rabbits are the best pets. I thought they're difficult to bond and be with not until my parents bought me one. I remembered my first rabbit pet, he's one month old, his name's Bucky. He has gray fur and pinkish ears, he loves to stand up and groom himself. He tries to escape most of the time, but he got close to me the next few days. After almost a week ago, he was gone. I didn't expect him to be gone that fast.
I learned that in that short span amount of time, Rabbits are indeed best pets. You won't realize that you've already fall in love with them after ariving at your home. They're smart, playful, and very shy (bc they're prey animals). They might be close to you at first but please bear with them and do your best to earn their trust.

I love this 🥰! I have two bunnies currently! Nimbus and Nova ☺️. I love my bunnies for many of these reasons you listed; honestly, I will always have a rabbit in my life from here on out! My buns have two very different personalities from each other; it's insane! They have changed my life greatly in the best way 🥰, I couldn't imagine my life without them at this point!

Yes got a dwarf lop 10 days ago as my kids wanted a 🐰 for a pet....we named her Peaches. She is very adorable, a bit shy at first but settling nicely. Bumped into your channel and found your videos very useful.... thanks for sharing!!

They are the absolute best. I am a total convert. I never would have guess how sensitive (to emotions) and intelligent they are until I had one myself. My mini lop mix is so incredibly snuggly, and she’s always tuned in to how I’m feeling even though she’s deaf and can’t hear if I’m upset lol. Speaking of which, any tips for training a deaf rabbit? We’ve taught her a few hand signals already but tips are always good 💖 Love your content!!

Thank You for making this video. I know some people who have rabbits for pets and I feel like I know why they made the choice that they made . I have a cat and I see how rabbits are very similar to a cat, I have seen pet pigs in the house at a couple places I have been, one bit me LOL. 💚!

I've got two bunnies: 10 year old male and a 4 year old giant female. They're awesome, cute and fun little furballs. I even celebrate their birthdays more than mine as every year with them is that special. They are my dearest.
And that bunny bonding thing is real. I have such a special and unique bond with my older bunny. We have our language, habits and routines. He's probably the most intelligent pet I've ever had and even during his senior years he's sharp, active, witty and social. They just get better with age.
