Thanks for including data! Really appreciate numbers as opposed to the qualitative reviews most folks do.

I nearly bought the Aventon Ramblas the other day, but after a test ride, I decided to go with a full suspension e-bike instead. The Ramblas' 100Nm torque engine is fantastic, especially if you're a bigger person like me (6'1" and 230 lbs). It feels like riding a Class 3 bike up hills. However, I have a couple of constructive comments. First, the engine is quite loud compared to the competition (Bosch or Yamaha), so if you're looking for a quiet ride, you might want to compare options. Second, the front shock on the Ramblas is its weak point. If you're used to a full suspension bike, the rough ride will be hard to accept. After a 30-minute ride on a moderate single track trail, my back and wrists were pretty sore. At the end of the day, I purchased a different ebike.... I purchased a GasGas Enduro 2.0, which is a better fit for my riding style. Happy trails!

Thanks for the input Mark. As I like to say, in this world you mostly get what you pay for, so in keeping with comparing Apples to Apples, how much did the Orange cost you? Glad you figured out what you needed, not what someone sold you. 👍🏻

😊 i got one two weeks ago and love it, but also would like to upgrade it in the future too. Would love it if you keep posting about the Ramblas and your future upgrades.

I have been getting way too many flats in the 3 months I have owned it. I have an inquiry into support to see if there are any known issues in my serial number range. I am an avid mountain biker....I am upgrading to tubeless. I love the bike/motor otherwise.

Bummer about the flats, but a good shop can find the reason why. The major offenders are usually: Too low tire pressure, Bad Rim Strip, Something still stuck in tire, Burr on inside of rim bead from manufacturing, Bad tire bead and Stem Valve Hole drilled too small or has a burr on it. There can be other factors but it's very straight forward for any great shop. I highly suggest you take it to a good shop and see if they can find what you're missing.

Did you take it on any techy sections? Rock gardens? Tight switch backs? Straight aways if course it will perform. How is it maneuvering 55 lbs in short techy climbs?

I just did in montana while renting one of these. The ramblas is impressive going up mountain hills with a lot of rocky areas. Switchbacks no problemm it's a true hardtail mountain bike frame. Considering buying one

Yes, I’ve taken it on some very technical trails now and I can honestly say it handles tight turns and steep hills better than way more expensive full-suspension emtb’s. The short wheelbase and modern geometry helps it out climb lots of bikes.

Im finding the motor noise annoying. Other reviews of the prodigy v2 seem quieter. Is the noise noticeable when you are riding?

The ones we have and ride are very quiet, so I’m wondering if they changed something, or if yours needs servicing?

Is your bike noisy? My ramblas is much quieter than the Befang motors in my other bikes.
