Captain Dan that was absolutely gorgeous and incredible! I would love a leather interior like that in my car, but I don’t own a Bentley or a Rolls Royce. From the looks of that outtake it looks like you need seatbelts when spinning in the water.
I would have that paint wrapped in clear paint protection film to keep it looking perfect!

Great question! The seat on this vessel was fixed but they may have added the option for at least sliding forward or aft depending on leg room necessary. I’ve not seen more recent models. The seat back would most likely still be fixed though. From my experience it was a very comfortable and properly placed seat but maybe someone taller or shorter would have a different opinion.

When I went to the website for these boats it stated that they use a turbocharged Weber/Textron engine so does that mean that there's a choice between the Weber/Textron and the Rotax or did they decide to switch to Weber/Textron? I've never heard of that type of engine, it's a new beast to me.
What's with the wobbly steering wheel? Very sleek ride but for the dough shouldn't everything be tight as a snare drum?
It looks beautiful and classic, the style reminds me of the 1960's Riva 27 footers. Yachtworld has a 1965 Riva for $456k. These Rivas styling were popularized by " Bridgette Bardot" in those days. Did I say Bridgette Bardot ? I see this boat at $187k on yachtworld which is not bad at all.
This boat definitely conjures up the past and classics for sure. The price isn’t cheap but honestly when looking at the class, style and craftsmanship, it’s not overpriced by any means.

+R Rotax engines are used in a lot of light aircraft, including high-dollar, high-performance planes, as well as many other vehicles. The top-of-the-line Rotax is up somewhere in the neighborhood of $40,000. They're not second rate engines.

Not bad Hermes had a career in dentristy now in boats.
The word Hermes is Greek for “messenger of the Gods”. Seven Seas Yachts, who builds this vessel is based in Greece, hence the use of the Greek word. It is not connected to the fashion brand, but the quality of their craftsmanship definitely has similarities. Thank you for watching and commenting! Cheers!

Nowhere to sunbake or lay down
There is a pad on the back portion of the vessel, aft of the back seats. They are releasing a newer larger version this year and it’ll have more space for lounging.

Eahh - not exactly my cup a tea , no tow post for water toys and no rod holders.
Very true, not sure how well fish blood and leather mix…but with the low draft, you definitely could get into some shallow areas to find the fish 🤔
So if you see a Bugatti Hermes you would say no trailer hitch so you can't tow your trailer?
