Hi, I owned this Accuair with an updated E-Level ECU and I am having problem with mine. Sometimes it works and sometimes it won’t. But lately, it completely shut. I tried using my e-level apps and the softwares are updated. When I started my car, the compressor won’t engage and my preset 2 is flashing. I tried to recalibrate my e-level but then all number 1, 2 and 3 are flashing simultaneously. I checked fuse 1 and 2 and it seems all good. Can you please help me fix my issue? I tried calling Accuair support 5 days ago for technical assistance with no luck. I would really appreciate if you can please help me. Thanks.
Any luck since this post? I actually had to recently mail my ECU to Arnott Industries to have it updated. I got it back and plugged it back up and everything is working again so far, but it's been more or less in a controlled environment since then because I've had to work through other issues.
I will be contacting you re air mgt for my 64 Impala. Body is off frame and currently plumbing my bags to trunk area while body is off. Looking forward to your recommendation on mgt. I am leaning toward accuair with height sensors and hand held controller. Thanks for info.
Hey Phil, just bought the dual set-up from you. Should I have gone accuair over airride 3p? 🤦♂️ I was turned off Bc of the company drama.. Thanks for everything!
They’re VERY similar in function so you really can’t go wrong either way. However, Accuair doesn’t currently offer a pressure-based control setup- only height sensor systems. Your 3P should do everything you want, but is upgradable later with height sensors if you want that extra precision.
Hey there, completely completely new to air ride and I’m trying to use bags for the rear suspension of my truck. Could I use this just to go up and down, ran off of a hornblasters spare tire delete kit with 6 port 2 gal tank and viar 444C compressor with 4 horns? I think the answer is yes, but I’m wondering what all I need to make that work on just the 2 rear corners. Your video is informative it’s just still very new to me. Any help is appreciated!!
Hey there! You could totally use this. It would be overkill of course, since you’d only be using two of the four channels, but that would leave room for expansion later. If you have any questions just let me know!
Awesome! So do I just need the E-level+connect, and could I use the VU2 2 corner solenoid instead of 4? What are s everything I need to order to make that work?
With the threaded port models you can definitely use 1/2” fittings, but you won’t see any speed benefit from running larger lines. You might actually slow the system down since it’ll take longer to fill the larger volume of the 1/2” line.
The new company that owns Accuair isn’t doing anything with the in-tank compressors at this time. I’ve heard that there are some pages on Facebook dedicated to repairing and modifying the CT and CVT systems to keep them alive, though. Good luck!
My truck has the bags, lines, and a slam specialties manifold , will this unit work with what I have? I would like to have this unit and the controller.
Absolutely! This has 8 valve wires coming out of it, which you can connect to the Slam 8C’s input wires. We can even build a “plug and play” harness for you if you need.
How much will it be including the harness. And also what’s the difference between the E-LEVEL+ ECU UPGRADE HEIGHT+ AIR SUSPENSION MANAGEMENT and the E+ CONNECT WIRELESS AIR SUSPENSION CONTROLLER
The ECU upgrade is just the bare ECU- no wiring and no tank pressure sensor. It’s made for people with existing Accuair systems to upgrade to the newer ECU without buying pieces they don’t need. You’d need the AA-3639 system and AA-3640 TouchPad controller: www.twistedimages.com/Accuair-e-wireless-control-system_p_1522.html www.twistedimages.com/Accuair-e-TouchPad-controller_p_1523.html As for the harness, send a message my way through the website so I can get some details about your current setup!
Is there any difference between the new height sensors and the old ones? They look the same to me and it sounds like they are all compatible with each other
No difference at all from what I can tell. They are fully compatible with all of the older systems’ connectors. This is assuming you’re talking about pre-shutdown Accuair parts and not the way old original Accuair parts from like 10+ years ago- they used to have a different height sensor setup way back in the day
Nope! The compressor will be controlled through the eLevel, so you won’t need to use a standard pressure switch. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all!
Awesome thank you! So one more question I’m hooking up dual air viair 400c compressors with the e-level so with the red wire with the 10amp ecu fuse that comes off the ecu that connects to both relays along with the yellow wire with the 3amp fuse I’m wiring it up how it shows in the instructions haha but it doesn’t show both relays for both compressors just one relay and I’m new to all this thank you for the help much appreciated
@@mattmartinez8507 if you have the 70A relay provided in Accuair’s wiring kit then you can connect both compressors to it. But if you have a small square 30A relay you’ll need one per compressor. I have a couple of diagrams I can send you if you need help- definitely reach out through our site and I’ll get you set up!
Yep! All of the original components work with the new ones, except for CVT and CT tank setups- the new ECU apparently doesn’t have the controller for those.
About a month after I made this video, Accuair released a pressure sensor kit! Much easier to install than height sensors, but you do give up a bit of accuracy since pressure can change under different load conditions. Here’s a link to the pressure sensor upgrade kit: www.twistedimages.com/Accuair-Pressure-sensor-upgrade-_p_1598.html
I’ve run into that on a few of our installs as well- not every kit, and not a specific model of phone from what I’ve experienced. Have you reached out to Accuair about your issue?
No, I just got the car back 2 days ago. I'm going to play with it for a little bit. I read online that I could also power down the ECU and basically do a hard reset. If I continue to have issues, I will reach out to them.
The V2 manifold has an ECU built into it, so you’d have to do some surgery to make this work with it- removing the original circuitry inside that system to convert to basic solenoid wiring. You’d probably be better off picking up a different manifold setup instead.
Great video and well explained! Thanks for putting this out there. 😀
I’ll have to make an updated version with the pressure sensors too
Hey Phil! Great video, miss you out here in California!
Aww thanks Neil! Miss a bunch of great people like you (and sometimes that weather!), but Oklahoma is pretty great. Come on out sometime!
Thank you for doing this. I love there product and hope to someday add it my car.

I’d like to be able to do it from my phone outside of the truck that’s why I’m looking at this option vs. the switch and gauge panel style.

Yes absolutely. The ECU comes with a pigtail wire harness with 8 wires coming out- they can be connected to any 4 path valve system

I feel like I have the only endo cvt still functioning till it breaks
Such a bummer - it’s a great idea. Hopefully someone comes up with a solution that holds up better
The app sucks and the Bluetooth is very unreliable
I haven’t had any troubles with the few I’ve installed. Where do you have your ECU mounted?
