    Thanks for taking the time to record and upload. Good points on not cracking the the new parts with a screw gun. We don't have the safety screw on ours (newer I believe), has a slider instead. Likely the same outside of this feature.

    Sister has a delta model uc90-ca 900gbd, what rebuild kit do I need, that model number doesn't show up any where

    thanks for the video ! Question, what causes the safety screw to break ? you mentioned if the magnet travels to far. I assume the screw breaks when a diaphragm fails, thus shutting down the system ? I just tore mine apart and safety screw was broken and I had a torn up diaphragm . I guess what I'm asking is, if I get a new rebuild kit and replace both diaphragms and safety screw, I should be good to go ? Thanks in advance ......

      Shaffer Automation you are correct in 98 percent that is the cause of failure.

    Why make the safety screw plastic why not metal?
