    Wow great recipe, can use red oil, instead of gnut oil

      I’ve never tried it with red oil but I’m sure you can use it. Please tell me how it tastes if you ever do try it

      Ingredients:
      Pumpkin
      Meat of Choice
      Pepper Mix [Tomato, Red Capsicum (Tatashe), Onions, and scotch bonnet pepper (ataruhu)]
      Meat Stock
      Groundnut (grinded)
      Garlic (minced)
      Spinach
      Spices (seasoning cube of choice, curry, and salt)

      Can the pumpkin be use to make normal stew that can be eaten with ewedu or okro?

      @@yemisimusa8914you can use pumpkins and carrots instead of tomatoes so yes. Try it in a small batch first and see if you like it

      Its only dried and dusted groundnut that is ground into semi finer particles..its should not be too smooth..but I hope some of the ladies can shed more light
