Some of CS:GO's achievements have broken, but they're still not impossible. I quest it on hard mode and show you how they're done. Please let me know if I've missed any!
0:27 - All weapons doesn't mean all weapons

Then go to your csgo\maps\workshop\416884493 folder and move the map file to csgo\maps . Open the console and type (For armsrace, easiest way to complete a game):

I don't understand why Valve REMOVES MAPS from the game completely. If you don't want them played online, leave them for bots only.

Yes! I remember playing on aztec and although it's flawed it was still so much fun.
@Nanderlizer Nanderlizer Most maps, ESPECIALLY aztec are very small and it wouldn't increase the time to download by much at all.
Because they want to make money. Players to Valve are just potential profit pots.
The better question is why did they remove them without saying anything? Like, at all.

For hostages to get it easier i did this:
1) Start a game on office
2) Open console command its with ` , if you don't know how to activate console command go to options >> game settings >> and it will be on category game
3) Type bot_kick
4) Open it again and write mp_hostages_max 1
5) When the game starts just pick the hostage and finish that is how i got the achievements. Hope it helps more players.

Take your exam like an eco round : save your study time for another exam that would be more worth it. Or ask your friend to drop you the notes just before the exam so you can skim thought them quickly. See this as a "armored eco", or an eco with a P250. Maybe you'll score a few valuable points to help your marksheet economy ! If not, next thing you know, you'll be hearing the "match point" theme while you'll wait with your mates in front of the room for the next exam 😂.

For non map specific achievements you can just download achievement hunt maps in the workshop. For example, there is a map for hostage achievements where there is only 1 hostage at the door of CT spawn. All you have to do is to buy a defuse kit and hold E. Then you can quickly get hundreds of rescues as long as Freed with Speed. Can't believe how many tries did I have to get the win an armrace without death achievement in official armrace maps and then I found doing it with workshop map was automatic.

My favourite achievement is the one where you have to win a round in classic mode without any of your team members taking any damage, although I think this works if the enemy surrenders. Another good one is to win a round without any enemies dying, which basically means you have to ninja defuse, unless this also works with them surrendering

I remember trying to get black bag operation. the round started okay, but then I noticed irregular footsteps. I turned around to find the entire enemy team staring at me. In my shock, I calmly walked to cover, blindly shooting. Miraculously, I survived the round with four kills.
Huh, that is interesting. I think Team Fortress 2 has many achievements that need reworking/fixing.

The youtube related ones are outdated, now you can only get them using external methods.
I accidentally got them on an achievement server. When it gave me a prompt as I joined, I clicked on something and it gave me a few replay achievements. I was initially like wtf because I wanted to actually get it myself, but then I realized "lol it's just those impossible replay achievements nvm".

Don't forget the "demo viewer" option in the Beta section of CSGO in the Steam client under Properties guys and gals. This thing is a life saver for all of these older achievements that have been patched out of the game. For instance, you can go back to when Aztec was still in the game and actually play the map and get the achievements. Same thing with the old version of Office.

All csgo maps that have been allowed to play on competitive mode should be all available to play in "offline with bots" or something like that. Maybe even DM and casuals having a big list with all the maps. With this i mean maps like zoo, austria, (even anubis when it will be removed). I think csgo maps that had some history in csgo should not be forget.

I saw some graffiti in this video, I would find it very interesting if you made a video going over all the graffiti in csgo’s maps, I always find things like that very interesting, small map details that the developers put in and not many people notice them but when you see a compilation it is hard not to notice anymore, thanks for reading this

As for the "all the hostages" achievement, you can either cap max hostages at 1 using "mp_hostages_max 1", or you could do "mp_ignore_round_win_conditions 1" before you drop off the first hostage and then reset it back to 0 once you're carrying the second hostage.
I myself ended up making 2 custom maps for farming achievements. One of those was a pit map for farming HE nade and molly kills, and the second one was to quickly farm hostages (to a point where I could literally just type +use into the console and wait for it to rack up the wins).
Right now, I only have 5 achievements left, 4 of which are related to playing or winning Arms Race or Demolition matches. There is a way to farm those, BUT it can't be done using the game's own functionality, and I am too scared of a VAC ban to try AHK scripts. The 5th achievement is "Blood Money", which I simply decided to leave as a surprise to my future self :)
There's also an achievement that requires your teammate to kill another one of your teammates while being flashbanged by you. When I first saw it - I thought there was no way I would get that, but a quick search through guides on Steam revealed that you could just start a Deathmatch session, put all the bots on the same team, then do "mp_teammates_are_enemies 1" and then just go around the map throwing flashbangs until it worked. I am sure there were more details to it, but you could look up the guide yourself.

i did all achivements years ago without any trickery but i only need my last 3 Achivements : "Win 500 Armsrace or Demolition" "Win 1000 Armsrace or Demolition" "Play 5000 Armsrace or Demolition" this is just too much :(

@klicksphilip I recently got some of the harder achievements and thought to myself "wow now I actually stand a chance of getting 100% achievements" then I realized those maps were removed and I never played them at all. So I gave up on that even with my 92% completion... NOW THERE IS HOPE! THANK YOU!

Black Bag Operation is my favorite achievement, I got it long ago and even displayed it proudly on my profile.
There's an impossible achievement called clustertruck where you have to blow up all 5 enemies with the plant. What are the chances that you plant with all 5 alive and they just wait by it not diffusing
It would be possible if you had a gun that can distract enemies without doing dmg, I think I was almost able to do it but I think there were only 4 bots nearby.
So theoretically it could work, but man I legit don't know if anyone did get it legit. Because even bots will try to run away from bomb via knives

To make completing the 2 hostage pickup easier you can kick all bots using bot_kick and then copying "mp_hostages_max 1" which will make only 1 hostage so you can do it by yourself.

when i was addicted to csgo a few years ago i was trying to get all the achievements without custom maps, got to the blood money achievement and continued playing as it would slowly increase each game. this video got me to check my progress and im only $500 away from the achievement but ive stopped playing the game :/
At 0:42 you explain the weapons in the game that you can't switch do to your account being a free version of the game and not being able to access your inventory but you forgot that the CZ can also replace the tech-9 and five-seven

I used to love how the windows in maps like Office used to break in CS, there was something satisfying about it.
most games with achievements have made me play those games for at least a few hours more than i would have otherwise sometimes way more in the case of counterstike they added almost 200 hours of playing i otherwise wouldn't have bothered with. to me this is why they are not only good but necessary to maintain and include in all steam games. it seems on average maybe only 15-20% of players or less really focus on them.but most gamers don't even make it to the end of games on average. people who like to get to the end of games or 100% complete games i feel really benefit from achievements when they are done right and you get extra play value out of your money spent. it is also good for the social aspect of gaming where there is outside of the game proof you completed something with a percentage on how many others did too. its nice seeing when you complete a game only 10-20% of others made it there on steam or you get a rare achievement less than a percentage has made it to seeing actual date and noting having to go in game to see it is neat. feels like more of an accomplishment in those cases. this is why it bothers me so many people shit talk achievements. I think people who play games develope sour puss mood disorders and don't take care of their physical health and then they just wine about everything.
