This was a great video! I am wanting to pursue PhD studies in Japan in a cross research project in Human Resources Development and Economics. Getting Recommendation is a corrupt one and not a suitable procedure to choose a genuine one. A rigour interview and testing thought on concept of Physics is the best to choose the genuine, the formal one is so much corrupt many with high intellect just got demolished. Have seen many bootlicker to get phd in foreign with average cgpa. I don't know why they want 2-3 recommendation.
Why don't you change the system then.
