Sir, I do not really have any internship, I am in my final year of masters and applying for my dissertation project. With this pandemic situation I could not do my summer internship. Though I have a pretty decent cgpa, I know that won't be sufficient, so what can I do to make my cv attractive and how do I mail the professors without any research background to show case. Also I plan on applying for PhD in Europe as well and I know how important my dissertation project is going to be. Please help.

@@RakeshRai-bd7ys I often go through Monu sir's videos and also other creators are there. That's how I got a vague idea about the procedure. You should also browse through youtube.

@Shirsha may be you can do some reading internship or reading projects. You can apply outside India to get an opportunity for doing a reading project. It will help you to enrich your CV as well as your experience. In this situation of pandemic I think this is the best way to have some idea of research works. If your are lucky professor may invite you to write a review article under his or her supervision.

I have to take a decision now only.. either bsc. Or to go with engineering.
PLZ help in answering these following queries
1) Scope of pure sciences ( esp. Physics)
In India compared to engineering in money prospects?
2) Will a student who is very much interested in pure science ( physics) be able to sustain his interest engineering as put on by his parents pressure?
3) . Basic difference( PLZ tell in detail) between engineering and purely science study
4) If a student interested in pure science has to take up engineering then which engineering is most close to his interest .
5) How to convince parents for pursuing physics rather than engineering after high school .

I am glad you wrote this.
First of all, you should listen to your heart and decide what suits you best. But i can tell you few things which might be helpful.
1. Scope of engineering is wider than basic sciences in jobs Perspective.
2. Engineers earn far more than basic Scientists if they do engineering from a good institute.
3. Now Science is very much interdisciplinary, so i think you can also do basic sciences along with engineering and some engineering with basics sciences.
