The values are given to the research you did and sometimes baised about the college, but definitely not the country. Let me clear this fact that the US has so many good colleges and so many bad colleges compared to other places in the world. So don't go for the country, go for the college.
Sir bahut jayeda ho RHA h..india me PhD bahut time lgta...there are people like A sethi sir who did in just four year ..one of my senior did int PhD in 5 year..so I think we should not ask this again again bcs it's very demotivating
