Chec was awarded the main contract for SCHIP in 2019. After 5 years, ample time for planning and engineering, there appears to be still no solution for the current flooding problems.
And go where? This is an island, you can’t avoid the coastline entirely. And this exact area has literally flood like this for the last 40 years (long as I’m alive).

Need a bigger size drainage system
The road have to be raised and concrete the water logs areas
The road should be taken farther in to the left side where the grass is, raised & bridge installed!!!!
Well, looks like chec have their work cut out for them
in a couple of years that road will be under water,the entire word needs to be rerouted away from the coast
The road should be at the level of the new stone wall with more of the heavy duty drain pipes
