So many guitar UA-camrs are getting lazy and taking the easy road; wasting our time talking about their gear and other crap. Not you! You’ve been doing UA-cam guitar longer than just about anyone and you are still doing it right.
Hey Justin, so happy to see you keep making great lessons, after all these years. If it weren't for you, I would have quit guitar before learning how to play. Your lessons and positive attitude always had me trying and grinding, to be a better player. Thank you!
Dude, love the work u put in to help us get better at it! And to all the viewers out there, practice makes perfect❌ Practice makes permanent✅ He taught me❤.
love the lessons bro you've helped me so much and I just want you to know your da best 🙏🏻 and I dont know if u take requests but would you be able to teach (status quo youll come round) its my grandads favourite song would love to play it for him would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hey, thank you, man. It's appreciated. I added this song to my request list! Not promising anything (crazy busy here!) but will always try! Happy Holidays!
I'm no expert but I found it helped to turn the clean amp volume all the way up, and use the guitar volume to control the loudness, like about 2 or 3, you get a thick, strong tone
Creepy. I started watching this whilst listening to Planet Rock and what starts to play. Yes you got it This tune... Something tells me I need to give it a go
That little extra part in the main riff is actually the bass line anyway so if you were a band doing a cover of this song the bass player does the extra part. the guitarist will just do the main riff

I wonder how people do barre chords at 1-3 frets who have fingers like me, both index fingers are curved 45 degrees at the end, 2nd string (b) never rings out no matter what i try. and i do have the strength in fingers. Anyone? i can send a picture if you are interested, if i put both index fingers next to each other, they go apart at the latest joint and create a gap of 4cm....
There are no definitive laws on how to grip them, so you will need to find a way that suits you. It's hard to check what goes well and what doesn't over a distance, even with pictures. Try rolling on the side of your index finger just a bit and perhaps try a bit more diagonal position. For E shape barre's, the thumb over technique might be the trick for you? www.justinguitar.com/modules/chords-hendrix-style-thumb-over | LievenDV | JustinGuitar Official Assistant

Hey Justin! Just wanted to say that you're still my favourite teacher! Wish you happy holidays!
I'm glad to read that. :) Happy Holidays!
Justin! You’re the best teacher ever!!
One of the best honest lessons you have ever covered. You hit the nail on the head. Just get the intro right first then later move on.
One of the first rifs I ever tried to learn, the twiddly bit still gets me sometimes.
The twiddly bit is the bass, not guitar.
Great tune man, Thank you for this, Happy holidays,
Justin coming in clutch yet again
Nice to you back , hope all is well and thanks for another great riff to learn 👍
Sometimes it seems you read my MIND...I dusted this off last week after I tuned my guitar down to play Bandit which then came up on your feed! Thanks.
That's awesome!
Very cool ;) thx! Understood immediately what to do from your explanation; now it's time to practise and proceed ;)

Hell yeah that was fun!
Cool love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
Any tips on getting the tone? My amp I'd not getting anywhere close to that tone
I'm no expert but I found it helped to turn the clean amp volume all the way up, and use the guitar volume to control the loudness, like about 2 or 3, you get a thick, strong tone
@@FlimFlame thanks man will try this tip

Love this song. Thanks Justin for all you do.
From Charlie in Georgia USA.
Thank you, Charlie! Happy Holidays :)
@@JustinGuitarSongs I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas. Take care of yourself and your family and stay safe. Thank you for all you do.
Wondering how it would sound on acoustic.

use the thumb for the low e on the first fret makes it a lot less stretchy
I think in context of the beginner course the stretching is on purpose to train for the f barre chord (it's taught in the same lesson)
Do you have the tabs for this lesson?
This lesson was so good it only got seven dislikes, none of which are mine ;)

Wow a very nice view from the rear. Thanks for always high value tutorials. It makes my playin' better step by step.
And merry X mas.
Damn! “Calofornication” can already be considered an “old-time riff”. 🤣
Why would you _want_ to do it left handed...??? (assuming you're right handed, of course...😅)
Justin did a great beginner course which was released earlier this year
To help create the content practiced left handed

First! 😂

First 😂😂😂😂😂
I am first 😂😉😋
