I deal with anxiety and your videos helped me a lot being more chill and calm and also teach me to focus on present and enjoy small things. I tried natto but I really don't like it.. but I love many japonese food and make homemade onigiri or katsu curry but it always taste better in Japan. I don't know the anime your watching but I want to try it. I m watching hunter x hunter right now for the second time and I really love it, maybe it s my favorite :)

You should not brush your teeth immediately after eating. Wait about 30 minutes after eating. Best to brush before eating in the morning. Just a little recommend😊 I really enjoy your videos, love from sweden!
