Incredibly helpful, thank you! Most helpful video I’ve found on this product. Amazing tip to wrap the extension strap for extra tension. Thanks!

Hi do you think we can still use this device after total knee replacement?

I don't see any reason why not but it might be worth checking with your doctor first.

The device has lessened the pain in my knees. My only complaint is that after just 3 months of daily use, the velcro doesn’t attach well because of the wear on the felt material.

Sorry to hear about the velcro issue, might be worth contacting the team at Hydragun to see what they recommend.

Would you recommend this for before a practice/game to warm the knees up or just for recovery?

It could definitely be used for pre-game therapy I would have thought, with effects similar to a light sports massage.

My Dad is in his late 50's and suffers from arthritis in the legs/knee and works standing up 8 hours a day Monday through Friday. He has a prescribed knee brace that he uses, but oftentimes comes home with a bad limp ect. Outside of PT, I'm looking for solutions to get him to a slightly more manageable place. Is this something that might help with that? also are there any products he might be able to use in the soles of his shoes to help him with more support? He also has bow legs.

This product might help for instances like this but should be used when resting as opposed to standing up. If you are looking for something for the shoes, it might be worth seeking advice from a podiatrist local to him. Hope that helps!

This product can often help people with their recovery from ligament problems in the latter stages. Check with your own healthcare provider.

Good product but the battery is extremely poor. It runs for 15-20 min after a full charge and NOT as per the advertised 60-90 minutes.

So sorry to hear that - that is definitely much worse than the battery life in the model we tested here. Might be worth sending back for a replacement? We got at least 2-3 uses out of it before requiring a charge.
