    When in tired . I get triggered because I can't seem to ACCEPT HOW TIRED I AM. .I feel that woooozy feeling when tired and it starts to mimic anxiety. And if course...symptoms make us panic .
    It's about NOT PANICKING ABOUT THE SYMPTOMS.

    Hi Shaan, I'm really glad I found your channel. I've just received your "Fearless" report on my mailbox and it's very interesting. I'm not joining the facebook group for now since I made a break from the site and deactivated my account but what I see here on youtube is super helpful. I have a question: do you drink alcohol? I'm asking this because my first panic attack happened during hangover after few days of "partying" when I drank way too much. I found out there is a thing called hangxiety and I'm just curious if treating anxiety can come with ability not to feel like dying after drinking. It's not what I do often, but whenever I would drink 3-4 beers in the future I'd love to just be able to live through the next day like I used to, without constantly looking up my pulse and other physical symptoms.
    Have a great day and I think I'm on the right track!

    • @joser83111
      @joser83111 3 роки тому +1

      Okochannel The reason a person gets a hangover after a night of drinking is the following: dehydration (low electrolytes) which leads to low blood pressure and even low glucose. These things make you feel anxious. If you plan of drinking, try to stay hydrated with gatorade and have a good protein/fat meal. If that doesn't help, you might be allergic to yeast in beer, which can cause headache, stuffy nose and anxiety. But if you struggle with anxiety just try to avoid alcohol or really limit the amount. Best of health to you!

    I struggle with this and I have pretty severe hypochondriac behavior and I have so much anxiety that then leads to me thinking I have things like MS or something and then I have more anxiety and then I feel extremely fatigued which reenforces the thought of me having MS and causes even more anxiety.

    • @Jobrown391
      @Jobrown391 Рік тому +2

      @@adriansalas5309 because much of my symptoms can be explained by other things exasperated by the anxiety. Plus if I really had MS I would have much less dexterity in my hands and feet.
      The truth is I never truly know if I have something or don’t. But instead of focusing on that fact and that so can’t control it. I try to focus on what I can control. I try to trace my symptoms and not pair them together. I just focus on one thing and come up with a likely answer for it. Like if I am feeling fatigued it could be the fact that I’ve stressed about this 24/7 for the past week. And if I am also feeling dizzy or my legs are feeling numb, maybe it’s because I have played sports my entire life and my neck has been hurting lately so maybe I pulled something.
      All these are better solutions to feeling in control rather than going straight to the unlikely idea that I have MS.
      The anxiety comes from feeling something and not being in control over the outcome. So, you have to focus on a narrative that puts you in control. And remember that even when something bad does happen that stress and anxiety from that only hurts you further. Worry about something that may happen only worsens symptoms. It’s better to focus on what you can control.

    I call it the stress hangover. Or a flu drunkness. It's one of my most bothersome symptoms. I feel like I'm this old busted computer with bloatware (biological anxiety) running in the background when I just wanna check the weather. It pisses me off tbh. 😂

  • @davvo1234

    i bet theres a huge charge for this aswel.. nothing in this world is free..wake up people please.. anxiety is caused from 4 different reasons.
    1st: trying to be to strong for too long..
    2nd: being in new circumstances.
    3rd: guilt from the past.
    4th: unfortunately its hereditary so its the chemicals in the brain ie serotonin. Dont be fooled by idiots trying to make a get rich quick method.. edited: yup..just as i thought ..money grabbers
