I started playing because they are about to release cataclysm, now I see they rush this expansion... I already regret paying and preparing for the expansion....
What I learned from this whole classic journey is that TBC, even with all the problems that it had, still blows everything else out of the water. With just a few very minor tweaks it would literally be the perfect expansion.
I think the optimal strategy is to have a continuous “seasonal” vanilla to tbc to wotlk realm that allows you to remove your characters into an associated era realm for each.
@@brucefly3612 I mean… that’s what I said. They should have era servers for the classic versions of the game and have a separate looping server that you can process though and migrate off of to an era server….
@@brucefly3612 no worries :) I think cata is a fundamentally different game and appeals to different people. If you like MMORPGs… you probably aren’t a fan of Cata… but both should be available if there is a market. And that means that classic servers should be maintained if the demand is there

One thing thats interested me is the mop remix. As currently the classic servers are a mess and the community is insufferable to deal with. I cannot wait to try mop remix and get some cool looking mounts and the tusk shoulders in a relax matter
I just got my tusk shoulders and grinder it litterally with no luck for 3 years lol once a week and finally dropped them 2 weeks ago I know the feel and hope for relaxation in grinding these out moving forward
"there has been a clear effort to not make retail and classic conflict" 💀 bruh they made sod p3 release 2-3 weeks before cata prepatch and that is 1 week before mop remix in retail. They clearly haven't cared about that since naxx40 and shadowlands launch like 3 weeks apart
talk about the premium cata boost bricking everyones toons by making their professions bug out at 0/0 if you had profs prior to the boost...... cant train them/cant level them and cant unlearn them
The problem with having a progressive classic server like Cataclysm going while ALSO having Season of Discovery it makes it encounter a huge issue of player base splitting. I said this whenever they started SoD that the players are going to play what the hottest thing is that day and turns out a bunch of people like the rather fast pace of SoD, but there is a whole bunch of issues with SoD that I can't get into in one comment. Cataclysm just needed a more abundant amount of players wanting classic content, but was stolen by SoD. Don't believe me? Look at the amount of people that jumped on the bandwagon the first and second phase for SoD compared to the excitement around Wotlk/Cata classic. Obviously two different styles of the game, but 1 promised the players a new experience in an old world while the other offered the old world, but a new experience.
Actually i think, they just want to “rise” new players up from classic, tbc, Wotlk…etc till the retail version of the game. Main problem is, when classic player log DF, they are completely lost, but if you teach them with little steps that each of these expansion makes, they will possibly play it.
its like convincing autists who just want to safespace supermario64 over and over to play eve online, or getting kindergardeners to take a college class. and classic players know it.
The only reason they won't bring tbc and wotlk era realms is because it fragments the already overly fragmented player base. If they Reset the cycle every 5 years or so it will bring revenue the next cycle of classic if that ever happens
I feel pretty differently about the state of "Classic" in general. They want to consolidate their players as much as possible. I believe they said this in their earnings call, so they aren't going to ever have permanent versions of TBC or Wrath servers. I'm kinda fed up with the super toxic min/max 10 man princess runs/incursions culture that's developed in SoD, so I've been playing Cata pre-patch and I think it's great... people just need to give it a chance. The bugs are being overblown... there was some annoying stuff the first few days but it's pretty much all fixed now. I think and hope they just keep pumping out content for Classic Era, expansion through expansion, until Classic catches up with retail... maybe they can have them both catch up by the end of the Worldsoul Saga (maybe... that might be too fast though). There's really no reason to sit on content that's already been developed and gradually lose players over time, so keeping the content cadence fast and maybe upping the droprates on some loot will just highlight the good things and pass-over the bad things about most WoW expansions. Most of the bad ones were bad because of content droughts and boring gear grinds.. two very easily avoidable things on the Era Servers.
Yeah they really fucked over pre patch, No *PRE PATCH* event, no nothing.. just new changes, which every expansion brings.. and they couldn't even be bothered to bring in void storage
Cataclysm is my favourite expansion and i returned to WoW just to play cata again. But after leveling two or three characters i'm probably going to drop the game completely again (as i did after legion) and keep playing FF XIV as my main MMO.
Good vide, but I personally don't think there will be a MoP Classic. I believe they'll eventually end up migrating to retail and doing the MoP Remix thing and so one with other expansions.
Mop remix isn't mop, it's just the same skins as mop. If blizz would cater to pvpers just one time for a permanent cata/mop/wod without chores and pve gear in pvp then wow will be saved
A single server would be atrocious. To be truthful Azeroth is not big enough for just one server. The sheer amount resource farming, and mobs for quests will be camped so heavily that it would almost be impossible to do. Respawn timers could be tweaked yes, but if mobs respawn too fast then players can get overwhelmed. No, it is better to have to many servers that too little. I doubt they'd add the shared mobs/nodes anytime soon as it's "not part of the experience". So one big server just won't work. Take Albion for example. It's a bloody nightmare to get anything done with their single server only.
I will have to admit I have been pretty vocal with my friends and guildies about my lack of interest in cata classic. However after giving it a shot in the prepatch I will say I'm more optimistic about it than I was before. I do have certain hang ups still but I'm willing to give it a chance
TBH after playing tons of SoD and wishing they would add this or tweak that... I'm loving Cataclysm. The overhaul of the open world is kinda what people wanted out of SoD anyway, and most of the rune abilities that people love are also available in Cata (plus build into talent trees where they make more sense). I don't know if I'm gonna go back to SoD or not for the next phase.
i dont really believe in a "content drought" because there really isn't one unless they keep leaving it on cliff hangers between patches (expansions are different they're meant to be anticipated not shat out) once you do reach the end of the expansion i dont believe they should just *go straight into the next one* because all that hard work that was spent grinding suddenly just got tossed out of the window no one gets to enjoy what they've earned and the idiots who are pve sweats *dying* to get the next drop of content because they just blitz everything within a months time imo shouldn't be taken seriously and if anything completely ignored i personally don't want to get invested in something only to lose it less than a year TBCC is a great example of this honestly i didn't really even have the free time to level up to even *try out* the raids lmfao after that i was like "ok maybe wrath will be different" and it kinda was they let it stick around for a while and it was nice i even got to try out some raids but it seems like they're just going to keep progressing through the expansions i have no desire to endlessly grind lmao the entire point to me is to enjoy the pve content and hop into pvp (or do the pvp along the way) this is why i've dropped the "live" classics in favor of just sticking to classic era lol why bother with the live classics when all that shit you grinded is completely useless now not to mention flying mounts destroying general player interactions (yeah boosting is a problem in classic era and i agree it should be banned into oblivion) when i played wrath i dont think i ever saw another player while questing in *northrend* you know that area that's supposed to be "current" at that time? getting back into cata was nice but i quickly noticed no one will bother with quests they're just gonna spam dungeons till 80 or 85 aka they just made the game exactly like retail a husk of a game
1:00 - list of bugs. Well, same really happened with every release of WoW. It's not unique to Cataclysm. 3:00 - you're not actually counting the duration of DS. You didn't add extra 3 months to the duration. 3:50 - It was really just last 2 bosses. Rest of T13 was actually pretty good. ICC lasted 12 months - no one bat an eye. DS lasted 13 months - suddenly the worst thing ever. 4:30 - for a lot of people, my friends included, they quit during Cataclysm not because the game was bad, but because they didn't know the lore. They played it only because of WC3 and wanted to see it from a different angle. If WC3 had DW patch, Cataclysm would be considered "part of classic":. So, might even argue that WoW Wrath/TBC didn't actually capture the interest of most players. Just sayin'
7:00 Advertising low end jobs while letting go the main dev staff of the various projects that have the skills and background and familiarity with the systems. How can that possible go wrong? Insert sarcasm here.
Cata was by far my favorite expansion to date. Can't wait to get back in, a decade after, and find myself disappointed and depressed because i can't bring back the good old days. Really, i can't wait 🥲
i get people are concerned because of the pre patch, but nearly every prepatch in wow’s history has been a mess. It will get ironed out probably a day or two after cata releases
I actually hate that they are shortening this expansion in just 8 months. Such a selfish decision. I wouldn't mind them cutting away 8 months from the cata original timeline a slight tune but absolutely not make a whole expansion within 8 months which is even shorter than SOM Classic like wtf. I honestly don't even want to play it anymore for how much respect I lost on this decision.
They’re rushing Cata. Wdym longevity? This is a quick trial run so that they can actually test the “you think you do” - most people aren’t excited but they’ll try it out.
Everytime I hear "This prepatch has been the one with the most bugs ever" I can't stop thinking about when I lost 2 characters, COMPLETELY during WoD's prepatch (Blizzard gave them back to me 2 weeks after) or during Dragonflight's prepatch that every single time I relog, my entire UI and entire spells/talents got reseted, over and over and over for like 3 days lol... So it makes me think... Looks like there's not a lot of people that played those Prepatches or maybe they just forgot... Also, Prepatch has a much more, what am I saying? VASTLY more active players than Wrath lol...
Because there's not much to do in the game after max level and your dungeon grind. It's a raid log game right off the bat. Boss's are very easy in normal mode.
I know there wass a lot of drop off in population then, but we have to remember that during that time Iraq War was going on and then the US jumped into Afgan war. Not saying that is the cause, but my self and 11 battles of mine played WoW and had to stop due to the 12 month tour. Now were there others we meet in the sand box that played and had to stop. yes, including family and everyone getting back up from the 2008-2009 recession. If we have to look at everything then just content.
I mean I’ve leveled 1-80 on cata pre patch. Gotta say it’s very fucking stale. Did it with no heirlooms on a undead warrior and it was just bland. If I wanted to level these zones I’d just do it on retail. Didn’t need to kill the one good thing about classic which was the map. I got 55 and just dungeon cleaved cos the last 5 level zones suck ass
I think Cata will be the end of this classic ride. It is obvious that SoM is the "future" of this game in a full classic+ in a couple years. They want us all playing retail. Retail is the big money maker for them. I like the sped up process but the beta testing/bug mess is unacceptable.
Mate its 99.999% confirmed theyre releasing MoP after cata lol, it is way too obvious and they’ve been dropping hints left n right. SoD is an abomination of a game.
Honestly i think your a bit biased and take your own Feeling into everything Wotlk was realy full there are tons of People playing Wotlk and now in Cata Pre Patch the Citys are so over fluted with People i mean tausends are Flying and running around its crazy .. I think Cata will be a Success and Mop to.. It would realy help if those Expensions are a Succees so Blizzard sees what works and what doesnt ..
Cata always suffers from Blizzard's negligence and lack of allocated resources. Cata is a much better WotLK in every way, except it had 1 fewer raid tiers and now proper equivalent to 10 Man Normal Raid difficulty, sadly people will never appreciate it seems.
I’m actually so excited for cata man even being a diehard no changes vanilla guy. I had great times back then lol. Just wait til we step in those hard dungeons and raids again. Totally immersive and sweet. I remember the factions too, I loved it all except for LFR. Also a lot of us are wanting an Era BC and even Wrath server one day. Many players would play those versions of the game, especially if they release them fresh with no changes.
Rushing through Cata, MoP, WoD, Legion - This should end with the World Soul trilogy, they will merge Classic and Retail here and maybe head into WoW 2 or Classic+ reset.
ur "truth behind" is not even close there have to be a timeplan behind everything else. wotlk runs like 2 years but cata just for 1 year? i would bet and say theywanna do a combination with the end of season of discovery and with the end of cata classic and go a new path with classic plus. i realy think they will go for something like a classic gameplay/elements but go with a fullprice expansion. they will end everything with the classic era and try to combine the playerbase again. everyone of us realy like the classic world from vanilla till wotlk but we disagree with the retail mechanics. we all would love to get new fresh designed content and i bet we will get the announcement next year for an expension
Cata is for sure the birth of retail wow. I think it will attract a ton of players from retail that missed most of the content, also the beginning of when the games difficulty had a fairly large jump, heroic cars was bounds harder than heroic icc. I’m pretty excited about getting back into it and came back to classic for it. Will also likely put retail on the back burner where it’s been the verse with wotlk/dragon flight. Honestly they should stretch these expansions out, but also make a few changes, things like a mythic plus mode, mythic raid difficulty among other things would be well received at this point as the no changes crowd is too busy playing sod lmao
Are they? Most of the no changes people I know can't stand SoD. I'm #minorchanges and SoD is very disappointing especially in phase 3. Too many changes without proper execution imo.
imo, legion was the birth of retail wow. There was no gameplay system or whatever in cata/mop or wod. Cata feels like an enhanced wotlk, better version with talents and better raids.
@@deorwynn3597 Can kind of do a breif search on who is streaming and posting videos on SOD currently, and basically every single one of them was a firm believer of no changes when Classic started and was announced. I'm confident it tracks. A very limited amount went HC but most chose SoD.
@@Blacknotpanther I disagree you can feel the difference in dungeons and raids. Cata feels far closer to retail than it does WoTLK. Big difference is how much Wrath pushes you into the world where they gave that up Cata and later except for certain circumstances. Even MoP feels closer to wrath than Cata does.
I'm still baffled that they have abandoned TBC and soon WotLK so easily. All they are doing is creating the incentive for players to go back to private servers. Just give us a new progression server of the original trilogy.
I've been waiting for this for so long, the private server scene has been hurting lately plus private servers are a better experience for old expansions anyway.
They're speedrunning Cata because they know the appetite isn't there. Given the huge popularity of Classic in general, once Wrath released they started working on Cata. Since then surveys have told them that people are no where near as interested in Cata as the previous versions. So they want to get it over with.
So many people love this expansion to death. And people keep saying most people don’t like cata. But that’s absolute shit. People talking right out of their asses here.
I think us OG players only really wanted vanilla and the first two expansions. Some want Mists and another run of Legion but Cata wasn't well received. I stopped playing awhile back anyways and would only maybe come back for SoD cause my cousin wants me to.
Classic isnt gonna reflect anything about the original releases. I loved wotlk in 2009, but wotlk classic was pure garbage. I absolutely hated it, the minmax gdkp meta where youre expected to use €50+ worth of gold in a gdkp is just massively shitty. I played wotlk on private servers for years, knowing i.e. naxxramas 10+25 inside out, but being a couple weeks late with lvling, i was so behind on gear that getting pugs was impossible without splurging gold on shitty gear that'll be easily replaced soon anyway. Will cata be different? Idk, but 10 man dropping the same items as 25 man makes it easier for smaller guilds to thrive, and the SoD community i found is going cata 10 man groups, so i certainly hope my personal experience will be (even though im currently only lvl 83 hehe)
Idk why people think cata was a bad expansion. Yes, it had content draught, so did wotlk & mop infact had the biggest draught with siege of orgrimmar. I dont understand why they would rush it like this. IF it was WOD, then yes, I can for sure understand. Coz wod was beyond, if not the worst expansion ever.
Not really, they know there is no interest for playing Cataclysm, it's the same in private servers, it's one of the least played expansions, even Mist was more popular, people mainly want to play Wrath/vanilla and maybe Mist, that's about it, don't care for the other expansions, Legion is good but too buggy on private servers and very far ahead.
@@brucefly3612 trust me im a private server dev and i can honestly say the only thing thats impressive of the classic team is that they release their content[ashenvale lol] with a dev team of aggrend[wotlk c++ copier extraordinaire] and maybe a sql/lua intern.

What I learned from this whole classic journey is that TBC, even with all the problems that it had, still blows everything else out of the water. With just a few very minor tweaks it would literally be the perfect expansion.
There was also a bug that allowed you to farm VoA for a couple of days.
They should do a fresh restart of clasic and then 5bc and then wrath.
@@brucefly3612 no worries :)
I think cata is a fundamentally different game and appeals to different people. If you like MMORPGs… you probably aren’t a fan of Cata… but both should be available if there is a market. And that means that classic servers should be maintained if the demand is there
No just give us era, roll alts or reroll
Everyone would roll warriors this time around
They still didn't convert my emblems on my warrior
I still have 2 emblems of triumph on my Lock.
The job vacancy tweets need to be ratioed with tales of mass layoffs right after big projects
I played Cata back in the day. Its better than Wrath.
Everyone talked about wotlk being the bigest expansion but by the relese it went to okaish not supreme good , retention was still highest in BC
Don’t like it? Don’t play it.
I don't think them not liking Cata is the point being made here.
The polish we used to see in the old days is gone. I wonder how much is left in the tank for this game. I guess we should just get excited about next product and then consume next product and get excited for the next. Welcome to the cult of BETTERFASTERCHEAPER. We're paying to beta test their game for them.
One thing thats interested me is the mop remix. As currently the classic servers are a mess and the community is insufferable to deal with. I cannot wait to try mop remix and get some cool looking mounts and the tusk shoulders in a relax matter
lol same dude
I just got my tusk shoulders and grinder it litterally with no luck for 3 years lol once a week and finally dropped them 2 weeks ago I know the feel and hope for relaxation in grinding these out moving forward
Kudos on the featured clip!
"there has been a clear effort to not make retail and classic conflict" 💀 bruh they made sod p3 release 2-3 weeks before cata prepatch and that is 1 week before mop remix in retail. They clearly haven't cared about that since naxx40 and shadowlands launch like 3 weeks apart
talk about the premium cata boost bricking everyones toons by making their professions bug out at 0/0 if you had profs prior to the boost...... cant train them/cant level them and cant unlearn them
I tried playing cata beta, but hunter was unplayable
They've had an opportunity to implement horizontal progression since 2019
I might have tried Cataclysm since I didn’t start playing wow until two years ago. But I’m more interested in the MOP remix.
Dude are you kidding me. If I don’t get to experience shaman Druid and dk in PvP max gear I’m going to be pissed.
There is literally over 30k players in my server right now playing all day , Cata is doing just fine
give it 2 weeks and they're all gone
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼👏👏👏👏💯💯💯💯💯👍🏼👍🏼✨✨✨💫💫💫💥💥💥
Cata as an expansion was well liked what wasn't liked was the dungeon difficulty and the content drought.
If classic goes past this rushed Cata… I think I’m done
Most of the bad ones were bad because of content droughts and boring gear grinds.. two very easily avoidable things on the Era Servers.
u didnt mention where blizz decided to skip the 5 weeks of cata pre patch so rip to unattainable transmog and toys also rip to the invasions
Yeah they really fucked over pre patch, No *PRE PATCH* event, no nothing.. just new changes, which every expansion brings.. and they couldn't even be bothered to bring in void storage

Releasing Era could also drag peopple away from classic alone and splitting up eventually those Era servers die out
I know there is alot of hate for cata, but just imagine “warlords of draenor: classic” but they get it right this time
most cant even come up with an actual reason to hate it, its just "retail this" and "retail that".
Wod was a beautiful expansion ruined by the rallying cry of the entitled raider
Cataclysm is my favourite expansion and i returned to WoW just to play cata again. But after leveling two or three characters i'm probably going to drop the game completely again (as i did after legion) and keep playing FF XIV as my main MMO.
Good vide, but I personally don't think there will be a MoP Classic. I believe they'll eventually end up migrating to retail and doing the MoP Remix thing and so one with other expansions.
Shit take
Mop remix isn't mop, it's just the same skins as mop.
If blizz would cater to pvpers just one time for a permanent cata/mop/wod without chores and pve gear in pvp then wow will be saved
I really love Cata and MoP playstyles so hoping that sustains in some official version
It's a bloody nightmare to get anything done with their single server only.
there would obviously be layers still, please think before typing next time
I will have to admit I have been pretty vocal with my friends and guildies about my lack of interest in cata classic.
With Mop : Remkix coming, a classic MoP would be toot soon, my bet is after CATA we will finally get the reset and start vanilla over . Vanilla-CATA
I really hope they dont do draenors classic :(
WoW became a high quality private server I always thought they are stupid to not exploit what worked for pservers
THE TRUTH! (that is just what I think that probably isnt the truth)
It ends at mop, there's no way they release wod classic
Mop was far worse then wod. Cata was the last xpac that was any good.
@@sz33809 mop is the best expansion in WoW history
i dont really believe in a "content drought" because there really isn't one unless they keep leaving it on cliff hangers between patches (expansions are different they're meant to be anticipated not shat out)
once you do reach the end of the expansion i dont believe they should just *go straight into the next one* because all that hard work that was spent grinding suddenly just got tossed out of the window
no one gets to enjoy what they've earned
and the idiots who are pve sweats *dying* to get the next drop of content because they just blitz everything within a months time imo shouldn't be taken seriously and if anything completely ignored
i personally don't want to get invested in something only to lose it less than a year
TBCC is a great example of this
honestly i didn't really even have the free time to level up to even *try out* the raids lmfao
after that i was like "ok maybe wrath will be different" and it kinda was they let it stick around for a while and it was nice i even got to try out some raids but it seems like they're just going to keep progressing through the expansions
i have no desire to endlessly grind lmao
the entire point to me is to enjoy the pve content and hop into pvp (or do the pvp along the way)
this is why i've dropped the "live" classics in favor of just sticking to classic era lol
why bother with the live classics when all that shit you grinded is completely useless now
not to mention flying mounts destroying general player interactions (yeah boosting is a problem in classic era and i agree it should be banned into oblivion)
when i played wrath i dont think i ever saw another player while questing in *northrend*
you know that area that's supposed to be "current" at that time?
getting back into cata was nice but i quickly noticed
no one will bother with quests
they're just gonna spam dungeons till 80 or 85
aka they just made the game exactly like retail
a husk of a game
Cata - Mop - WoD ❤
Number one the last raid tier drops in8 months dragon soul went for a year almost, we will prolly have 3-6 months if not more of dragon soul
none want to play that crappy phase

Insert sarcasm here.
because cata will have very few players
ez
Hope for a good Classic Plus😊❤
"scratch the surface" then lists all the major bugs.
They’re rushing Cata. Wdym longevity? This is a quick trial run so that they can actually test the “you think you do” - most people aren’t excited but they’ll try it out.
You are wrong completely. You don’t even know that most people aren’t excited. You are talking out your brown hole
cata pre pach is fan for me
Tbc and wotlk is the definition of wow! Only 2 expansions that I Enjoy, to some extent cata is alright but after that I just quit wow
VASTLY more active players than Wrath lol...
classic player's copium as if classic era, hc, bc, wotlk, and cata arent 99% dead after the day 1 streamer server rush
Because there's not much to do in the game after max level and your dungeon grind. It's a raid log game right off the bat. Boss's are very easy in normal mode.
Pvp expansion.
The pvers keep saying "you can't have the best expansions because they're not "classic"."
Let them eat vanilla
That's what wow always was beside Vanilla. You raid, you log out and wait a week
It's just classic now. Arenas are the same 100 people after 2 weeks. Raids are all gdkp. Just buy your way into a random play group
Please don’t hint at MoP, WoD… Jesus
Why? I already decided at 2019 that I will play until MoP, its one of the best expansions and big number of people agree with it.
If we have to look at everything then just content.
cata is a good xpac for pvp/world pvp
define world pvp
bro just yappin, easiest dislike unlucky
We want tbc!
Cata > Wrath
I mean I’ve leveled 1-80 on cata pre patch. Gotta say it’s very fucking stale. Did it with no heirlooms on a undead warrior and it was just bland. If I wanted to level these zones I’d just do it on retail. Didn’t need to kill the one good thing about classic which was the map. I got 55 and just dungeon cleaved cos the last 5 level zones suck ass
how many hours played
"As of today all the major bugs are fixed" YOU LOST ME THERE BUDDY.
I still have 2 Emblems of Triumph on my Lock lol.
they could have atleast kept firelands for 1-2 months longer and shorten dragonsoul.
everything else is fine. cata was great
I think Cata will be the end of this classic ride. It is obvious that SoM is the "future" of this game in a full classic+ in a couple years. They want us all playing retail. Retail is the big money maker for them. I like the sped up process but the beta testing/bug mess is unacceptable.
If SoD is the future I think I'm gonna pass on that. We'll see what they cook up with phase 4 but not looking good atm
Some people liked having different 10 and 25
I’m actually so excited for cata man even being a diehard no changes vanilla guy.
You are talking out of the side of your neck. You are hoping it goes fast so you can play your furry panda.
wtf how can people not like cata this seems so bad ass
Rushing through Cata, MoP, WoD, Legion - This should end with the World Soul trilogy, they will merge Classic and Retail here and maybe head into WoW 2 or Classic+ reset.
They need to rush straight to Legion and then stop classic all together
ur "truth behind" is not even close
there have to be a timeplan behind everything else.
wotlk runs like 2 years but cata just for 1 year? i would bet and say theywanna do a combination with the end of season of discovery and with the end of cata classic and go a new path with classic plus.
i realy think they will go for something like a classic gameplay/elements but go with a fullprice expansion.
they will end everything with the classic era and try to combine the playerbase again.
everyone of us realy like the classic world from vanilla till wotlk but we disagree with the retail mechanics. we all would love to get new fresh designed content and i bet we will get the announcement next year for an expension
Cata is a GOOD expansion, Im excited to play it. But theyre rushing MoP.
Cata feels like an enhanced wotlk, better version with talents and better raids.
that first sentence is all you need to know that your opinion is bourne not of logic and facts but emotional hatred.
It is about time they teased some info about SoD P4. :)
I'm still baffled that they have abandoned TBC and soon WotLK so easily. All they are doing is creating the incentive for players to go back to private servers.
Just give us a new progression server of the original trilogy.
I've been waiting for this for so long, the private server scene has been hurting lately plus private servers are a better experience for old expansions anyway.
just let it go man stop being stuck in a time loop
They're speedrunning Cata because they know the appetite isn't there. Given the huge popularity of Classic in general, once Wrath released they started working on Cata. Since then surveys have told them that people are no where near as interested in Cata as the previous versions. So they want to get it over with.
It's pretty much as you said, also, people want to play Mist more than Cataclysm.
i think they are rushing throgh to get to pandiara, which was a sleeper hit, then rush through wod, to get to legion.
whats classic bout legino and wod lol. nobody wanna play wod it was an unfinisihed mess
WoD is getting hard skipped, they will do Legion tho, it had positive feedback. And then probably do some classic restart.
@@TheWowzz That's very sad, they should finish the WoD and release it again. It had potential.
man you minmax spergs are too much lol im here just wanting to play tbc
So many people love this expansion to death. And people keep saying most people don’t like cata. But that’s absolute shit. People talking right out of their asses here.
I think us OG players only really wanted vanilla and the first two expansions. Some want Mists and another run of Legion but Cata wasn't well received. I stopped playing awhile back anyways and would only maybe come back for SoD cause my cousin wants me to.
Every expansion’s last phase went on too long. They were developing the next expansion. WotLK Classic ICC has gone on too long also. RS doesn’t count.
Just need a fresh server
What the actual fuck sooo I can enjoy my favourite expansion for WOW for only 8 months what's the point?
Not as good as vanilla/tbc, but should be decent too.
I really hope for MoP I wanna play it 1+ year :)
The Classic dev team and Aggrend suck
