I looked on the Shad website and they list the SH38x panniers as not being compatible with the NX500X or CB500X. Any idea why this might be as they obviously fit your bike? Thanks

No idea on that one! Shad sent us the boxes and the fitting it an it all worked nicely... Maybe one for SHAD, perhaps they've only recent added them?

It says the same for the yamaha trcer 7 , it should not fit for the 2023 model, but it does fit well also.
