- Hi! Crinkle red velvet cookies are perfect for Valentine's Day, just shape the dough into hearts. This cookie will not leave anyone indifferent)))
INGREDIENTS:
200g all-purpose flour
170g powdered sugar
15g cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
40ml milk
1 egg
1 tsp red food coloring
60g unsalted butter, room temperature
*powdered sugar for rolling
COOKING METHOD:
1. In a bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, combine milk, egg, and red food coloring. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.
3. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 2 hours. (chilled dough sticks better and does not stick to your hands)
4. Shape the dough into hearts and roll in icing sugar.
5. Bake at 380F/190C for 12-14 minutes.

can u give ingredients using measuring cup
i made this and it’s so good but too sweet as there is sugar coating so if u or the person ur giving it to cannot handle sweet pls put less sugar but overall it’s was soooo good😭

Can i change butter to vagetable oil? With same grams?
I wouldn’t, butter can go a long way. Sometimes it controls the thick doughy consistency and oil can mess that up wouldn’t risk it!! Sorry if this is 5 months late 😨

Fresh milk is recommend but evaporated milk is alternative if u dont have
