    I live in the US and I don’t have access to buy Little Bites’ Red Velvet Crinkles and I came across this video. I made the crinkles last week and surprisingly they came out delicious!! I had to adjust the amount of sugar mixed with the crinkles though. The cream cheese filling tasted perfect because it compliments with the not-so-sweet crinkles. ☺️
    Is it possible if I just freeze then bake it than chilling it for 4 hours?

      Hi, Yes maam you can freeze the dough 1 to 2 hours then bake.

    Thank you for sharing! Tried this recipe! It’s moist and nagblend sa cream cheese frosting! Alam ko na gagawin next time para hindi maging sticky ang dough at hindi mahirap bilogin.

    You made one awesome recipe. 😋 Tried making them and they’re perfect!!! Adjusted the sugar in the crinkles cut down 1/4 of the white sugar, coz i don’t like em sweet. Used only a small ice cream scoop, but the cookies turned out bigger than expected. Wish i could paste the photo here. They’re really good!

    I tried this recipe yesterday and it was so delicious! Although im having problems with the consistency of the batter. Its too sticky, I tried freezing it but then every time I remove it out of the freezer it goes back to being sticky and goey which makes it hard for me to mold them even with using a scooper 😭 How do I fix this? Btw I also tried chilling them but I had the same experience as to freezing them 😢😢

    I've tried this recipe and it's sooo good! I have been making this for a while now because it's always being requested by my family. It's best served after being chilled because it becomes this gooey cream cheese filled red velvet crinckles sandwich. Yes, it's that moist! Amazing!!!

      @@shanshan4766 Hello! I think if yours spreaded out, maybe something went wrong with your ingredients’ measurements or you were not able to chill the batter. Was there a step that you missed?

      lagay lang po sa freezer maam 1 to 2 hours para hindi po masyadong sticky pag form mo ng balls.

      Shean's Kitchen overnight to 2 days pong naka freezer yung sa akin pero once na tinanggal ko na sya sa freezer and started putting powdered sugar lumalambot/nagiging sticky sya in the process. Bakit po kya ganon?

      @@lianeindon158 pag gumagawa po ng crinkles maam mabilisan lang dpat ang pag form ng balls, para ung pag bagsak nya eh nsa loob na ng oven.

      @@lianeindon158 Same issue din po sa akin. Overnight sya sa freezer tas tinry ko bilisan pag form ng balls then d ko pa napupuno ung pan, ung mga nauna kong na-form into balls nagflatten na agad.

      @@czarinafayetatlonghari1883 yung ginagawa ko po para maresolve yan is instead na ifreezer, niseset aside ko lang siya in room temperature for 2-4 hours tapos mas magsosolid na siya. then instead na binibilog ko agad pagka-scoop palang, nilalagay komuna sya sa powdered sugar para pag binilog ko na hindi siya didikit sa kamay ko tas saka i-roll ulit sa sugar

    i tried it and it tastes so good???aaaah thank u for the recipe. my only problem was it spread out to much so it was kinda big that was my error lol but overall its excellent!!🥰🥰🥰

    I just did two different batches of these. I used same steps, same amount in grams of ingredients, except the total grams of eggs, same baking time about 9mins. (I lessen the amount of sugar, 1 cup instead of 1 1/2 cups bc its too sweet for me lol)
    In my observation, the difference is the amount of egg.
    The 1st batch I used 3 medium eggs, weighs 152g approx total. This is the texture that I've been looking for, moist, chewy, a bit fudgy but not chunky. When I mixed all the ingredients and chill it for 10mins, u could turn it into a ball easily.
    And for the 2nd batch I used XL sized eggs, about 180g approx. I did not like this one. The mixture is too wet. I chilled it about 2hrs but I can't shape it into a ball. Didn't like the texture, cakey, dry, the taste is gone. Idk why lol.
    So maybe next time I should only use medium-sized eggs, total of 150g.

    Hi, love ur recipe!!! I just had a question. So I had the exact same ingredients. Except for the fact that I used less red fc cuz I wanted it a bit lighter and my eggs were almost room temp. Could that be reason why my batter ended up very thick before putting it in the fridge

    For everyone's reference, I followed this recipe and doubled it, but it only yielded 75 crinkles. The only difference was I reduced the sugar (should've been 3 cups, but I put 2 cups of sugar), and I put 4 eggs instead of 6 to balance the recipe.
    Either way, it should've yielded at least a hundred, I guess? The OP said it yielded 36 pairs. I used the same scoop (1/2 tbsp).

      @Sandra I've read several comments from her, saying she made a total of 36 pairs. Her molded 1/2 tbsp looked even bigger on the video than the actual measurement.

      @Sandra I wonder if it has something to do with the ingredients I reduced, but I doubt it would make that much of a difference. Any tips?
      My problem as well, was that the first batch spread nicely, but the second one didn't.

      Hello po! I know it's late, pero check the expiration date sa baking powder. Siya kasi yung rising agent sa baked goods so if expired na sya or hindi na active, hindi na magririse yung binake mo :) hope this helps

    Hi, ma’am! I tried this. It tastes yummy. My prob is ang daling matunaw po... i’m not sure if i did the right thing. I place it in the freezer whole night, but it easily softened po. Hindi perfect shape sa akin... huhu... Any advice po? Or baka mali po choco powder ko?

      Hi maam, half ng dough lang po ilabas nyo sa freezer. Then mabilisan din po paggawa ng balls. Dapat hindi pa sya bumabagsak or malambot pagpasok sa oven para hindi mag spread masyado.

      Hello Ma'am. Yes, po pwde pong isang timplahan yung tatlong recipe. Pero yung paglabas nyo po sa ref or freezer unti unti lang po para hindi lahat lumambot agad yung cookie dough.

      oil is better than butter to keep it chewy. Butter makes it dry.

I tried this recipe before using regular oven and it is super delicious and Im planning on making it again but we have migrate and the oven available here is convection oven😔 I don't know how many minutes and degree celcius for the crinkles to be cook using this oven?     I followed all the steps and allowed the dough to chill overnight. But the dough isn’t forming a ball and it’s melting while I try to make it into a ball. And when i want to make it into balls and keep them on a plate they are becoming flat. Please help me🥺

    just a question lang po ulit .. habang hinuhulma ko po siya sobrang dikit po niya sa kamay samantalang sa inyo po is hindi naman po . ano po kaya yung problem duon ?? Thank you for your response po .
    Honestly mistake po madame is
    -Yung egg po na nilagay ko di po room temp haha .
    Yun po kaya yung problem kung bakit sobrang dikit po niya sa kamay kapag binibilog po ?
    Sa lasa naman po sobrang worth it .. Sakto din po sakin yung tamis niya haha .. super thank you po talaga !! ..

      Hi lagay po sa freezer para mabilis po mabilog like ng nsa video po 1 to 2 hours po freezer. room temp po lahat gamitin ingredients. mabilis din po ang pag bilog para perfect ang crack ng crinkles, half dough lang din ilalabas muna. God bless

    I tried this today.. I put it in the freezer for about 1 hr then nilagay q s baba ng fridge kc bka mag yelo.. Mga 1 hr mhigit s freezer tpos mga 30 mins. S baba ng fridge, nung gagawin q n sya, runny pa rin po ung texture nya.. Ano kya gagawin? Ung egg Kaya? Kc ndi na mention ung size ng egg, kya 3 large eggs ung nagamit q.. Kpg ndi po 2migas,pde kya I bake n lng sya as red velvet cupcake?

      Hello po. Mas maganda po matigas yung batter para mas madali pong iform ng ball. Pag crinkles madalian po ang pag gawa nyan. Unti unti lang din po ang labas ng batter para hindi sya mabilis lumambot. After po gawin ball yung dough roll agad po sa powder sugar then bake na po agad salang agad sa preheated oven. Kung hindi po agad maisalang yung dough sa oven lagay muna po sa freezer. Yung recipe po na to ay hindi pang cupcakes .
