MERCH IS BACK FOR CHRISTMAS!
beefysmashdoods.myspreadshop.com/
Edit: To clarify, there stages were built by japanese top players, not us. We didn't build them, we also can't edit them.
No worries guys we know those would never be your intentions, still had a good laugh when I saw it though. Keep up the great videos and Stay Beefy!
I mean, you might want to at least change the thumbnail
@OsthatoAlfakyn I mean, they are not swastikas, so there isn't an issue. Plus, even if the shape was technically correct, it is still NOT an issue because that is CLEARLY not the intent lol
Granted, they are in Austria which takes "that subject" even more seriously than Americans do, BUT ALSO it's a stage made by JAPANESE people, sooooooooo...
Injecting politics into a silly Smash stage just makes things needlessly complicated. Laugh at the coincidence, don't make it a big deal, and move on.
@@OsthatoAlfakynHonestly why?
i understand. and i also understand. i really understand.
not the uh-oh windmills
😂😂😂
Yeah I noticed that too but I don't think they were thinking about that probably just an innocent mistake
Doesn’t help that one of them counted in german
@@Yourlocalpybro it´s way harder to get used to count in english when you are used to do it in your native german language. same goes for any other math stuff
@@xSpyroTheDragon That is true, im not a native speaker myself and its hard. Just wanted to point it out as a joke
For everyone who is saying to fix the windmills I’m gonna remind you that they did not make these stages as they state in the video they were made by Japanese players.
Yes the Japanese the most non nazis
What does being Japanese have to do with that? They weren't their allies?
@@RemisterReal they literally were allied with the Nazis in world war 2. Hitler called them honorary Aryans.
@@RemisterReal I don’t think the Japanese players intended to be antisemitic. Neither did the beefy smash doods.
The symbol means Peace in Japan it is called the “Majin” symbol. It is different from what was used during WW2
Seeing them have this much fun makes it 100× better, I laughed pretty hard at this one 😂
Some of my favorite moments are when they speak German, even if I don't know what they're saying lol Like when they get so mad they completely revert for a moment.
The shape is functional, it's not been picked as an expression of political belief or a dogwhistle or anything. I totally disagree with people who argue that it's fine because it had different meanings before the Nazis, because previous meanings don't overwrite new ones, but when it's just a shape for functional practical use, it's just a shape.
It's not even a previous meaning, it still has that meaning.
It's also not the entire funny windmill anyway, the ends are too short. Not sure why a japanese player would feel the impulse to poorly represent a failed empire in a smash stage
I open a smash video and people are talking about Nazis wtf
Everyone talking about the windmills, honestly wasn't even a thought that crossed my mind personally. I was just enjoying the video.
Thank you!
Somethings off here...
Yeah, c5 didn't lose
Right facing and left facing are different. If it is more than a windmill, it's a Buddhist symbol representing peace (lol)
Even if it was intended, its just childish to overreact about such a thing. It´s history, accept that. I see crosses everywhere. Should I feel offended by them since a lot of crimes and cruel things got commited in the name of god? (even right now)
technically we have to forbid all symbols (stuff like pride flag included) to not offend anyone.
grow up and get over it.
Thank you for having a functioning brain
These guys casually putting swastikas in their custom stage LMAO I guess it's the Austrian genes
I wasn't going to say anything about it, but.... LMAO
legally distinct swastika
🤣🤣
And the big H in the middle 💀💀
THEY DIDNT MAKE IT!! AND BEFORE YOU SAY "JUST EDIT IT" THEY CANT!!! IT WAS MADE BY SOMEONE ELSE
lol good energy here, genius stages. I love how the platform flies off 😂
I don't think I've ever seen them have this much fun in a while and that makes the video even better.
Might wanna change the windmills...
I think you need to re work on the Stage a bit by one or two things (windmills)
They literally cant bcuz they didnt make them (and cant edit them either). It really isnt that serious tbh
People knows just one meaning of that simbol
It’s annoying how most of the comments are talking about by the „weird looking windmills“
This symbol is WAAAAY older than Hitler/Nazis.
Read this if interested:
The swastika (卐 or 卍) is an ancient religious and cultural symbol, predominantly in various Eurasian, as well as some African and American cultures. In the West it is widely recognized for having been appropriated by the Nazi Party and by neo-Nazis.
It continues to be used as a symbol of divinity and spirituality in Indian religions, including Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. It generally takes the form of a cross, the arms of which are of equal length and perpendicular to the adjacent arms, each bent midway at a right angle.
Everyone knows this but it’s funny to say it’s Hitler
This was actual Ness gameplay.
Don't let the windmills distract you from the fact that someone has shot a hole through cFive's body
There is something very Austrian about that stage
I feel like maybe BOTW Link's remote bomb could be very fun for something similar to these stages even if the wind blocks being able to use it on these stages. Having to move your bomb with arrows, boomerang, and time those with the stage rolling it around could be cool!
Is this possible with pit neutral b?
No way you pass that with the arrow 😅
Gotta make it a triple windmill next time
i know all the comments about swastikas are memes, but it’s not just a symbol of hatred…it predates the nazis by thousands of years and is used in a religious context to denote divinity and spirituality
Yes. It does exist longer than the Third Reich. It doesn't change the fact, that nowadays we learn more about the Third Reich more than we learn about religious symbols in Hinduism, so it's mostly associated with the Nazis.
Let's all just stop being so touchy about that sort of thing... I'm so done with virtue signaling. Yes, we know something bad happened in the past which is 100% unrelated to this video, can we lay it to rest now?
@@ChaosSolakno
language and symbols evolve over time. currently we all know what that symbol represents. saying that doesn't matter because of what is meant before is ignorant
@@nail_HK Even knowing of the symbols history, it is still associated with the n@zi party and what they represent.
Some of these windmills looking kinda familiar, I wonder if they originated from anywhere... 🤔
Buddhist temples in japan
The windmills are fine, don't worry about it
They're not
@@getscared_x3why?
@@getscared_x3you're not
This one was fun, finally a game that CFive is better at
The windmills are looking kinda sus ngl...
this was so good 🤣🤣
Windmills aside, this was a very entertaining video
I laughed so hard during this episode! I felt the facepalm from vyQ when he killed himself a few times in a row in the later part of the video. Great stage and video idea, I know it's hard ot come up with new content for Smash after all these years, but you guys are still killing it! Your personalities really shine through in the moments where you are just goofing around.
what a very fun and difficult challenge!
Nice Challenge.
Didn't know you speak German to
Played both maps myself the snake one was decently easy while the duck hunt one was hard
May need some... editing...
i hope yall could find some more maps so this on i really like this one😂
Ok that was crazy fun to watch…the ness comeback at the end was insane
Did you get those windmills from 1940's Germany? You might want to change those.
Aye yo the windmills???
On this video I have only 1 goal and that is to hit that like and subscribe button!
Are the controller designes still available?
ironic that fellow germans played this cage
This was hilarious 😂
this was your most fun yet!!
could someone remind me which Ys track that is at 15:00?
Guys.. the uhh. Swastikas…. How did y’all both miss that lmao even during editing
Swastika ≠ Hakenkreuz
They didn't make the stage
the windmill at the start is kinda nostalgic
But they didn't design the stage I didn't even notice
It is not only about them. It is a big trigger for a lot of people. They could also choose a more family friendly stage instead.@@crimzon2990
Those "triggered" by that stuff don't deserve any sympathy and those that could seriously have PTSD from it are already gone
Late to this, but i LOVE it!!
hey you guys are great but please change the windmills
Nah they're fine
The shape has a practical use...its not fascist dogwhistle or any of that crap...it can be one in the right scenario but it most definitely isnt in his case so for now...its legit a shape used as an OBSTACLE IN A MAP FOR PRACTICAL USE!!
That was fun
I rate this map 9/10
It's fine because the windmill shape is originally a Buddhist symbol of peace before the failed artist took it over.
Windmill on the right looking sus
nur ein paar gemütliche swastika 🤷🏻♂️
Österreicher und dieses Symbol..
Guys it’s a shape. If you want to get technical it’s a Hindu symbol of peace. Get over it.
You CAN do it!
Diese Hakenkreuze sind schon bisschen weird 🤔
Love the music choice cause it also has the icocone windmills in sweet sweet canyon
They didnt even know how the can works
Oh no, the windmills ;-;
😭😭😭
whoever made that stage was feeling extra patriotic 💀
awesome vid!
you guys really did not see what was wrong with those windmills huh!
Yall should probably rework the stage… theres like 2 swastikas
Those arent windmills, they're gas-mills
This video was much more funny than expected!
Also austrian guys and those windmills lmao
LMAO damn Austrians 😭
The most german stage ☠️
Now ......... Who designed those first windmills? 🇩🇪
natsie swatsika ficks
Dude im jewish, please change the shapes of those 💀
1st
2nd
The creator of this stage definitely knew what they're doing
Nah, not only the Hakenkreuze but also the "H" in the middle? As austrians i really expected you guys to catch that
Oh, i saw the crosses, but i didn't catch the H.
Und ich bin auch deutscher. Aber ich habs gar nicht gesehen 😅
Damn, conspiracy seeker and gender theorist? You won the brainrot lottery...
BEEFY smash dudes? Nah my guy. You gotta check out N**i Smash Dudes. 😂
Its a plus sign with each end having a line point to the right/left depending on the side of stage. To fix, have it point both ways, like a t shape.
Can’t believe how many people are doing the "its an ancient symbol accshually" reddit ass excuse. The middle finger has different cultural meanings but if i flipped off your mom you wouldn't tell her to consider ancient culture before getting upset.
To all those who are complaining about the swastika-shaped windmills, always remember two things:
- first, this stage wasn't made by them, it was ported, as it was made by another Japanese user.
- second, despite being associated with Nazism, the swastika or hooked cross is a religious symbol spread throughout the whole Eurasian continent and some South American regions since the 9th millennium BC, and it's still considered a sacred symbol in most Asian cultures, mostly influenced by Hinduism and Buddhism, that's meant to bring good luck. A variation of the swastika that's still somewhat used in Western, mostly European countries is the triskelion, which is a "three-legged" swastika.
awww hell nawww 💀💀💀💀
i noticed a theme here.
and it's Nazi's and Hitler
