  • I’m a big fan of fennel and fennel juice and I sometimes get asked if I juice the bulbs with or without the green tops.
I usually prefer to cut off the greens to snack them or add them to dips and dressings. It ads a nice fennel aroma especially when it’s just chopped up and stirred in instead of blended in.
I also find that when juicing the fennel with the greens the juice is slightly more bitter just like celery juice when it’s juices with the greens.
What do you usually do with the fennel greens? 🌿
I drink my fennel juice like celery juice, in the morning right after my lemon water on an empty stomach. So for me it’s either fennel OR celery juice in the morning. 😉
In this video I’m using the Hurom H320N juicer.

Hello! Thank you for all your videos, they are so helpful! I have a question. Do you usually use extra strainer for juice? I just got my hurom 320n juicer and when I made apple juice it turned out pretty pulpy (Since I heard so much that this juicer does a pretty good job with clean juices I was a bit surprised to get that much pulp haha, I thought it would be as smooth as they show in commercials😀) So I'm just wondering whether it's normal or something might be off.

Hi! I'm happy to hear you're enjoying the videos.
Yes, I always strain my juices when they come out of the juicer no matter what juicer I'm using. Every juicer still leaves some pulp in the juice so that's normal.
