It's the proper way to report. The court has to prove he's guilty by a reasonable doubt. Of course, this will easily be proven to be right, but as of now, this is a suspect, not a criminal.

The establishment has set the standard to presume guilt before innocence on a past president, therefore the new standard is guilt before innocence for everyone. It's the law. Everyone is innocent until proved guilty in a court of law. The perp could sue you for saying he's guilty before the case concludes. And he'd win.
My guess is he will claim insanity, be given a slap on the wrist, and then released to the public so he can be a continued threat to the community.

Insanity doesn’t mean innocent. It’s very rare to even use insanity as a defense but the instances it works you’re not innocent. It’s guilty by reason of insanity and they’re sentenced to a mental hospital not just released. Mental hospitals like that are often worse then prison so if you by some fluke win your insanity defense and you’re not insane, being put in there will make you insane.

I watched ABC News, and they said the man said god told him to do it. I swear the devil is real and people are possessed. That gun did not jam for no reason. I worked in an asylum for a while when in my mid 20s stories of people who set fire to themselves, killed bc they heard voices telling them to do so, drawing angels & demons while talking abt biblical or spiritual things in a crazy way. The spiritual world is not to be messed with.

We have maintained plain clothed paid security and a volunteer security detail every Sunday (and other events) since then.

Legally, it's better to say "alleged". Stating they're guilty before the accused is actually found guilty (or pleads guilty) could be a reason for appeal if the assailant is found guilty. With President Trump's "trial" here in NYC, the prosecutor, Letitia James, made video vlogs giving a brief overview of the goings on in Court. Her very first video, on day one of the proceedings, had her ignorantly stating "Before this trial even began, the judge ruled in our favor and found that Donald Trump did engage in years of significant financial fraud ... ". At the least, that alone guarantees grounds for an excellent, and successful, appeal.

It's likely do to recreational drug abuse or even prescription drugs being over prescribed, the patient takes too many, or they have quit taking them cold turkey. Many of these shooters are actively receiving therapy at the time, yet nobody ever seems to question the therapists or the drugs the suspects are taking.
Big Pharma will never allow that to come to light, though.

This is nearly exactly how it looked when my pastor was fatally shot by a gunman in 2009.
Most people present said afterward that the believed it to be a skit because the first round the shooter fired when into the Pastor's bible that he had held out in front of him after seeing the man was armed. The top 1/3rd of the bible was shredded into confetti which appeared very surreal.
I recognized what was going on immediately, but I knew it wasn't a skit because I was a volunteer staff member supporting the worship team that day. Unfortunately, I was too far away to do anything about it in time to stop him.
I still get PTSD anytime I see someone enter a church service late and walk down the aisle to the front.
Watching this video gave me an episode of PTSD and all of the memories came flooding back. 😢
