Hi, you can play around with the opacity and keyframes in the effects control to achieve what you're after. Another simple option is to just copy your logo/watermark where you want it to show up and apply a quick fade transition with this method: ua-cam.com/video/vlxTTTkjFIY/v-deo.html.

i added a .png file but the the white background still shows. I removed the background and it's transparent. I tried doing this on a photo and there's no white bacground but if i put it on adobe. I still have the white background. Could you help me?

same problem i cant scale my watermark after i did something. End up reopening the premiere pro and importing the videos and get it work again

THE PROBLEM IS IN THE PNG. try to remove white backgound with photoshop then save it again as png

Try and hide other layers so that you can work only on the logo layer. Hope you found a solution.
