when watering planters with coco coir liners should I water enough for the water to run through the bottom? when I water now nothing comes out. The plants are growing and flowering good.

If conditions are exceptionally hot or dry, soaking the container to runoff is not a bad thing. If the flowers are happy with your current water routine, it sounds like you don't have to change anything. If you see them start to wilt thorough the day even though you watered, that's a sign to water more.
