Super informative content! Can you guys do an episode on longevity as a dancer? Highlighting your tips to remain injury free, for example. I was never a professional dancer but did many years of ballet and then learned other genres ( belly dancing, Hula, flamenco, contemporary, etc). I’m 60 now and hope to keep on dancing for the rest of my life! ❤
This was soo good! Really enjoyed listening to what you both had to say in order to maintain a good stable mental status especially in dance. It works with everything else in life.

I agree with what you said Junio, having a routine mindset. I used to dance many years ago, I stopped dancing for a while and I never danced again. It’s. Very important to have soul, mind and body in what you love to do in life. I enjoy your videos very much and it brings back my dance memories. Thank you.❤
