It's always good to look forward to taking time to focus on something, whatever it is just for yourself if only for a short period of time. I think it helps to be disciplined to/for yourself. We can't get ourselves lost. You both are very dedicated to many things and you take time for pleasure. That's really wonderful and the hidden key to life isn't it and then....there's your handsome little guy Henrique. Oh what fun.

So true, I am 65 and when I look back on my life I remember the times that I danced freely are the happiest time of my life! I still dance in my living room!

I just love to watch you guys dance.

I tell people all the time that I won't go to gyms. I very much dislike the machines, lifting weights, or the burn and shaking muscles afterwards. I never last more than 2 weeks. Dancing is the way to go for me. It's fun and can be done on a whim without planning or driving anywhere. Anyone can watch catchy viral dances and follow along without needing too much space. It's amazing what a short little spurt of dancing can do for your mood and help you to get motivated. I love to dance a little while doing dishes. Just move and have fun!

I’m 64 but when I danced as a child my mom ridiculed me. She did that for most things I did. I still won’t dance. I was only 6.
