@@TurbosmartHQ Yeah which was what I was trying to get across through my post. The way Broomy was making it sound in the vid was more as if the top of the units and their outlet ports "in a V" configuration was where they got the name. Just thought it was a little misleading...
That is a proximity sensor. Common ground and signal from the looks of it. Curious to see if it’s an analog output signal or a digital discrete 4-20ma signal to actually measure percentages.
It's a 3 wire, so I think it may be a 0-5vdc like a tps being automotive. I think 4-20ma is an industrial style analog control signal. I use that style of signal at work sometimes.

A proximity sensor on a blow off valve? Why? I bought there new gen V 45mm wastegate and I love it. Performs flawlessly so I do like there product. If you want to know whats going on with your BOV juds watch it on the dyno. Imo this is a feature that is totally unessasary. Again, just my opinion. Now on the wastegate its practice. Thatvi agree with.
Keep bringing the Tech Tuesdays, great idea
Love the idea of tech tuesdays. Although personally techy tuesdays sounds better to me 😁
GEN 5!!
I couldn't watch this with him saying Gen V haha
Gen V actually stands for Gen 5 .. V is Roman numeral for 5 .. in case you didn’t know
Yes we know 👍 cheers
Hey did you waste gate click when turn the top potion of it ? Need some help
quality content, thanks guys
Great vid. Keep em coming 👍
Awesome product from an awesome company. 👍
Why do you keep referring to it as Gen-V? It's their Gen 5 product, as their last gen was gen 4.... It's got nothing to do with their top hat outputs!
We call them the Gen-V. The V is the roman numeral for 5, hence Gen-V.
