Man had a better 1st season goal contributions than countinho's, griezzman's and dembele's first season.
at barca... that means nothing
Decisions that annoy, the atmosphere was hostile, onlookers confused by the signing, Guardiola had doubts, conversation turned nasty, miserable player affects the team, a clash with Messi, cofrontation was expected, ignore the player at your peril, communications fault, insensed by a personal slight, rebelliousness because of rules, dream turned into a nightmare🚩💲✅

Messi played that time centrally as now being winger.
And pep always respected messi's decisions so he just did it

What could Messi probably say about it? The real truth is that the little argentian was afraid of Zlatan getting the main role and scoring a lot of goals so quickly. This was a behaviour of a coward. Zlatan didn't say nothing bad about Messi in his book, but you can clearly understand what he tries to deliver.
@@Reshefinho14 It's like Pep ruled the club but Messi ruled over him. Messi does it wherever he plays, he puts pressure on management to bring the players he likes/ oust the players he doesn't/ do what he wants cause his skill is unmatched & they have to listen to him
@@Reshefinho14 so an introverted player with jealousy is a coward ? Ok
Ibrahimovic has a point. But tbh Gardiola decision was best for the future of Barcelona. At that time being. It was a terrible choice to side line him.

Pep didn’t even play/start Fernandinho or Aguero on the champions league final yet presumably praising the guys for their talent and commitment to the club. This isn’t the first or last time this has happened.. fml pep can win but snubbing winning players regularly is kinda of issue
Well I am with Zlatan on this one playing amazingly and still being on the bench and being froze out he has every right to say what he wants .
Pep is a tactical genious. And might go down in history as one of the best coaches (if not the best) ever. But I think he surely has issues with handling tough personalities.
I am Swedish and I think Zlatan was a bigger problem than Guardiola in this rift. Zlatan cannot function without being regarded as the best player on the pitch. He didn't respect the greatness of Messi, but was more worried about his own scoring. Yes, he scored a fair amount of goals in his first 6 months, but Barcelona wanted him to score the goals in a way that made the team better. In the Swedish national team, Zlatan has a tendency to not work for others on the pitch. This is the most important thing in football and frankly, this is Zlatans blind spot. His ego covers it. I believe this is the reason he never won Champions League - his skill is enough.
Sure, Guardiola could probably have handled the situation better with clearer communication, but I am doubtful he could have "fixed" Zlatan by doing so.
Best ever? Laughs in Ancelotti
I think Pep would rather have 10 players playing his way with 1 unhappy
@@oscarwahlstrom5426 jag håller med. Fotboll kräver lagarbete. Ett lag med en spelare som är så själviskt som Zlatan kan inte vinna ucl. Synd.

I love Zlatan Ibrahimovich, one of the best players of our generation.
Wow!!!
We all know how Messi turned out. Still, I did not think it was his place as a newbie to demand certain roles on the pitch. Guardiola should have told him that.
I also think that Guardiola should have communicated more with Ibrahimovic without pandering to him.
Both Zlatan and Eto'o had a great time while playing under Pep , even when when these players were treated unfairly, they score every single minutes they had under Pep
They scored, pep did not ! That’s the outcome when u let great players play
Simple speaking Zlatan doesn't fit In Barca rules... ITS LIKE TAMING A WILD TIGER
He did and scored 11 of his first 14 games until Messi told Pep and they changed the type of play prioritizing Messi. Fast forward few years Zlatan is okay with Messi and regards him as the best and that we won't see another like him in years to come
@Grudon 57 Pep's Barca dominated the world. One of the best team of all times. And Ibra the lion never win champions league lol.
@Grudon 57 Ibra is a fool.
he shouldn't have left inter he would have won a UCL
@@iwanhermawan7632 even pep can't win a champions league with city after spending nearly a billion pounds, you won't talk about that
Pep has proven that he's hard to deal with, as we saw both Eto and yaya tore. This time zlatan is not the to blame.
So... With etoo and yaya toure, u blame them? And not guardiola?
@@d.a.prince5869 Theres a pattern with each player and the only consistent factor is Pep
Guardiola didn't want Ibra to be on his team, because he's too dominant and bigger than the coach.
Probably his ego was bigger than the coach and the club
So Guardiola sold Ibrahimović, because he was bigger than a coach, just to play Messi, who also was bigger than a coach? Makes sense.
@@mateuszm1311 Messi is not as aggressive of a personality as Zlatan.
@Slide Tackle he never won UCL beacuse he shifted too quicky on clubs, even if he did you would have argument about why Messi or Ronaldo is better beacuse they have more trophies. So its even pointless to argue about that. He is currently in top 3 strikers of all time.
@@theul6775 He is a better football player though which is what matters here. No one cares who's the most aggressive personality. Football isn't a reality TV show.
Loved this video
People keep calling Pep “ruthless”, when in most cases he just comes across as PETTY. I think in future people will look at Peps career against José and see that £ for £ José has delivered far more value.
Edit:
I reiterate... Pep has never built a CL winning team. I consider both his victories as being primarily due to Rijkaard. Heck Etoo, who obviously wasn’t his choice, scored the goals that gave him his first CL. He had burnt through billions at Bayern and City and won nothing in Europe.
dont underestimate local trophies , he has so much la liga and the premiere league, winning the PL 4 in 5 years is close to impossible
He inherited Barca at the right time, stepping from youth coach to first team having had coached the majority of the youths.
Near end of being at Barca it was plain to see Mourinho had got under his skin and he'd lost control of the players.
Lol pep spent less money per trophy than Klopp and jose
😂 you clearly didn’t do your research
City are winning this year shut up kid
Thing we never see in football
1)Messi knee slide
2)Ronaldo not being competitive
3)Neymar choking a skill
4)Bayern letting someone snatch a prospect from bundesliga
5)Zlatan spending a day without humiliating players and coaches
Bruh Neymar failed a rainbow flick
It’s literally Dortmund not Bayern but ok
When Messi is around he never humiliates him
AND zlatan also try’s to humiliate Ronaldo but we all saw what happen there 😂😂

I didn’t mention that he humiliated every player I told that he doesn’t spend a day without humiliating “someone”
It doesn’t have to be that he humiliated everyone
I didn’t understand the Dortmund thing ya told??
Bayern let go: sane havertz Werner gündogan de bruyne konate
Guardiola wants a recognition, he wants his moment (him) (he) (his) he’s a one man show. Zlatan has ego, Alpha mod all the way they won’t get along. Ibra isn’t arogat but like to put people on their true places if needed. They couldn’t get along. Mourinho treat players as friends and sons (no male ego) will be effected. They fit like a glove. I love all of them because each one of them made history on his own way.
The difference between Jose and Pep is

Everyone knows that Pep doesn't like when a player thinks for their own.

Funny how barcelona talked about the players need to help each other even tho they literally did the opposite to suarez and messi when they were such a great combo
Suárez is a filthy disgusting player!
Greatness is a lonely road, if you hv to be great u gonna offend more ppl than appease more ppl unintentionally. Greatness has nothing to do with being right or wrong, it's meaning well from ur world to the outside world. Unfortunately that's anomaly to the world
football is a team game but every player will be sacrificed for Messi's wish at barca
I feel that's what happened to Coutinho.
Not anymore!
Barca played for messi not for the club that is why I don't consider messi as the goat.... If the whole squad and the manager just play for you then definitely your stats will be good also yes you will always perform good.

I am a Barcelona fan, but I respect Mourinho more than pep because of their personalities.
Mourinho is bigger loser than Pep. He kicked out from Real Madrid by his own players. By Casillas and Ramos. Then he kicked out again from Chelsea, then from Manunited. He have habit to blamed his own players publicly. Humiliated them. Because of that everywhere he go he always have conflict with his players.
@@iwanhermawan7632 managers are not supposed to manage the egos of players, and what pep did with Zlatan and eto'o did not seem like creating a toxic relation between players
Zlatan is too individualistic. Any player is brought to a club to be a solution in whatever way, not to cause a problem.
Yes, he is very agressive person and that tends to get old. I mean he likes to bully people and likes to get into confrontations. This is not good for building a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Just for watching his incidents on UA-cam I can conclude that he is person who is not very pleasant on day to day basis.
There are lots of people like him. Impatient and dont know how to build relationships with people but love to be center of attention. So confrontation is a way to get attention and he does it for that reason.
He is a guy with lots of issues and the only reason all of that gets overlooked is him being a superstart football player.
That's the reason why this guy can't even win champions league even after getting everything in Manchester City
That's maybe the reason why Zlatan never win Champions league hahaha
@@iwanhermawan7632 true 😂
@@iwanhermawan7632 Right?!,... Pep won the UCL twice with that Barca team, right? Ibra messed this one up.
It happened again ... lol
But now City has won CL....
Thanks to pep and barca for signing him.
So that we get to know what is going on off the pitch.
I understand Zlatan very well. He is a restless spirit. Its not easy being around him 24/7. He means well but he is a bully. A bully usualy wants confrontation and Pep doesnt give him that satisfaction and that frustrates a bully even more when he is ignored. I mean the only reason Zlatan confronts people is attention. He learned to get it in that manner. Basically he is mad at Pep for depriving him from attention.
When barcelona win. Guardiola dont praise ibra, when lose he blame him 😂😂

How come a manager blame because his tactic not work, and not motivate his player😂

Yeah guardiola acted like a kid lol, and its not the first and last time either, eto, yaya toure, aguero.
How did he act like a kid? Zlatan pouted and rebelled. Pep had no more use for him, and no wish to try speak on Zlatan's level. He had a team to run and life to live, so he cut out the distraction.

Pep is a little man in a world of big men. Naturally he feels threatened and inadequate around stars like Zlatan. So he abuses his power to run stars away.
He doesn't like tall players
His mistake was that he outshined the master, Zlatan dominates and leads and pep didn't like that
Ibrahimovic is the best
If this was a video about Pep and Etoo or Yaya Toure, 90 percent of the comments would suppirt Pep. Here, the opposite is true. Funny how that works on the internet....
Still I don't get why at this point Ibra is talking about him, he is just embarrassed himself every single time. Also Pep is an absolute genius he just loves to troll all these losers like Ibra who thinks he is above anyone else and that was his problem he couldn't handle that other person decided for him if he has to play or not. Eventually Ibra has won anything in comparison with Pep
As a Barça fan I must admit some of the rules are stupid, like why cant you drive a sports car to training its just a damn car and Guardiola shouldn't have favor Messi and outshadow Zlatan he should've sit down with both of them and have a chat
