All the best with recovery. Eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted helped my physical recovery. The mental bit is taking a little longer. But having an everything is allowed approach can really be helpful for some. Eventually cravings subside and extreme hunger reduces.
@rawbirbella justthat freelee does not seem healthy in any way, physically, mentally or emotionally. Not a great suggestion for people who are already struggling. Just my opinion.

My all time favourite video of yours. I always come to this video when I'm in need of comfort. Your aura just disconnects me from the vain and superficial thoughts my mind processes all day everyday. I feel so connected to you in this video because I feel like I am going through the same thing as you but one year later. I am trying my best to enjoy life while going through the journey of loving my body properly. I feel discomfort and insecurity when it comes to my weight but you show me how to love yourself the right way. You're gliding through this All In journey with so much grace and vulnerability. Trust me your hard work and your attention to details doesn't go unnoticed. I come back to this video when I struggle through body image issues to remember myself that it is moments like these ones that you're sharing that are worth living for! To people that don’t know what donair sauce is it basic just a garlic sauce
Really?! I honestly had no clue what I was tasting lol
They’re similar, but donair sauce is made with sweetened condensed milk...hence the sweet milky taste in addition to the garlic.
I just looked it up - white vinegar, sweetened condensed milk and garlic powder. Does sound like an odd combo!

It’s honestly so refreshing to see someone eating Newfoundland food without acting grossed out about it. I’m literally a vegetarian so I don’t eat 80% of NL traditional food but a lot of people stick their nose up at the food and it always hurts my soul just a bit.

For some reason this got recommended to me today. The dough for the touton is bread dough. If anyone is wondering the difference between the white and dark pudding she ate for breakfast. The dark pudding uses beef blood as an ingredient (more traditionally called blood pudding). The white pudding just has the blood left out.
