However, my concern is the arbitrary arrest of PDP members by police which is at variance with democratic principles. And which is intended to intimidate the voters, and as if the country is running a dictatorship type of government.

Have you been involved with any organization or group on an advisory basis? Well, if you haven't, let me tell you how it works. You can advise and recommend. However, it is for those in power to decide what to adopt based on their priorities.
By the way, some of the recommendations of the independent advisory group to the state have been adopted by the current administration in the state. The Edo modular refinery, the independent power system, Edobest program, the Okomu Palm plantation project, and the upgrade of the civil service institution to drive efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery, etc.
