Our people are not used to keeping data and using statistics, now that Edo State has gone digital, it would be easy to analyze and use available data.
Osaigbovo Iyoha messed up in this interview big time, there are actually figure he could have extrapolated from off hand e.g. the monthly security joint meeting always give figures, he could have mentioned IGR which was less than 20 billion Naira in 2016 to over 60 billion Naira in 2023, Edo state economy growth from about 10 billion dollars to about 25 billion dollars in 2023, etc.

The only thing for Edo now is massive road infrastructure requiring huge investment. Now that the foundation is laid, Asue Ighodalo will come in to source funds to developed the needed infrastructure. The APC knows nothing about infrastructural financing. Their plan is to come in and construct one major road, neglect education, neglect all institutions, neglect payment of pensions and salaries and then share state resources amongst themselves and lie to the people

Mr. Seun was right in asking to know the data and statistics in each of the sectors. This would have honestly helped in making people to understand or know the level of progress made by the Obaseki administration. In my opinion, there will be available statistics jn each of the sectors. That's for certain. Dr.Iyoha may not be in the right position to accurately give the data, but i expected him to have told Seun, or said so, instead of beating around the bush. We the Edo people know the governor has made a huge progress in virtually all the sectors. And even though i live abroad, I have been following the governor's achievements over the years and honestly, he has really tried.

refinaries
2 Edo now has two power plant Oshiomo power plant and Azura power plant
3 Edo State has entanol plant
4 Edo State has improved in the area of Agriculture. There alot to talk about.

No port, no railways, no light or water in edo. We have to go past lining the street to dance and celebrate when governor do one road out of millions of road that needs repairs.
