    Just to ask can I use dumbbells instead of barbells to do those exercises?

    Not sure if I asked this before couple years ago or so but I was advised to run after rather than before since it could tire me out causing me to lift less. Is this a valid statement?

      Definitely valid. I still would recommend a 5-10 minute warm up - Brandon
