    We named that cross wrist stack after one of our wrestlers since he runs it all the time. Very effective. More than half the time, kids don’t even know what happened when he pins them with it.

      That's great for picking up some extra points in dual meets!

      @@KOLATCOM I hope I am not over replying to your videos but they are really helping me and my students. We are going to do the back to back drill where you get hands on the guy in the scramble as well.

    Your continuous movement and pressure is so smooth. I tell my young wrestlers all the time, I am not interested in a style contest I want them to apply continuous pressure with movement.

      Yes, style is overrated!

    The act of elevating the leg is to get the 2count. For fr just tilt and return, yes?

    • @KOLATCOM
      @KOLATCOM  7 місяців тому

      Yes, in freestyle just break 90 degrees for 2 points no count needed.

    Hey man ive been watching your videos for a while but my physical power is low what should i do to increase my physical power so i can do better moves in wrestling? And i also have a upcoming match this week what should i do?

      For strength, conditioning and agility as a warmup before practice you can do tumbling, bear crawls, burpees, pushups, sit-ups, pull-ups, running, sprinting, jump rope. After practice - shadow wrestling, penetration steps, mat drills and body weight exercises like reverse body lift until you are exhausted.
      ua-cam.com/video/GR14JPZp0mo/v-deo.html
      The day before competition and day of you should only do some light drilling and weight management if needed. Win or lose, go hard the day after competition.
