Hello! It looks really good pizza. I am trying to make pizzas, but struggling with using the peel. My pizza get stuck most of the time. I saw your video about using flour on the peel. When I do that I get some excess flour on the pizza when it’s cooked. What is the type of flour you are using? I am trying 00 flour, 70% hydration.
