I'm glad to see that the designers are finally beginning to listen to what their customers actually want. Most RVs even today seem to be stuck in the 70s. The heat registers placed out of the way is huge. The colors and window coverings are also a great improvement. After living as a fulltimer for 8 years all I can say is it's about time.
This has got to be the best interior and layout I've ever seen I'm 82 years old I've seen hundreds of REvs but nothing like this work of art unbeliévablé I love it WOW!!!
Top of line FOR SURE! Unmatched beauty and quality. However, I recently ordered and am waiting for delivery of new Grand Design Solitude 390RK. Simply the best kitchen layout I’ve seen. HAD to have it😊😊😊
My wife & I love the outside. Full body paint looks great. KITCHEN 100% GORGEOUS. LIVING ROOM GORGEOUS. OUTSIDE STORAGE 100%. Now the bathroom bedroom and closet they dont have that Wow Factor. They look plain. Now if we was standing there looking at it it may be different. Just our opinion. Thanks for Sharing & Showing.
Agree with you about the bathroom and bedroom. For this size of a fifth wheel and the luxury factor of the kitchen & living area, these 2 rooms appear to be an after-thought. Other fifth wheels this size have double-sink vanities and full walk-in closets.
I like that they put the floor registers next to the wall and under the island. And I agree with Donna that they should include side shelves next to the bed for CPAPs. My wife and I both use one. Please return to showing at least MSRP. Thanks.
@@78jding ...and just browsing the comments on this one video, it becomes quite clear you're not anywhere close to alone on this. They do frequently upgrade to the king bed which is good because it's much easier to downgrade back to a queen.
That has to be the absolutely most gorgeous fifth wheel I have absolutely seen ... absolutely. I'm absolutely convinced that any normal person would absolutely think it is absolutely gorgeous inside with beautiful, beautiful woodwork and absolutely gorgeous appliances. Am I absolutely making myself absolutely clear on how I feel? Absolutely.
JD, I have been tracking this Company since they started showing up here is San Antonio, I’m truly impressed. However, the only thing keeping me from pulling the trigger is they have not offered a IDS yet. I’ve told the Tiffin National Sales Rep, and he blows me off. This is why we have started looking at the DRV line. I truly believe Vanleigh has the superiority interior! But lipstick on a inferior frame only last for so long.
Gigi Lompo , IDS is independent suspension. A popular brand is the MoreRide independent suspension. It allows less road vibrations to be transferred to the RV interior.
THREE AC's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats what I'm talking about!!!! Good Luck turning this in!!!!!! Who wants to bet BTBR won't turn this rig back in?????!!!!!!!!
Have 3 AC units on the North Point and our main unit also has the heat pump feature for those nights/mornings when it is just a bit cool and don't need the furnace! Makes it so very comfortable!!
Great video. Looks absolutely stunning. But BIG shoutouts to your wife for cleaning and prepping this rig for your vid. Thanks to you both for the hard work on this even though it wasn’t ideal conditions.
Really lovely. I’d love to see the control panels enclosed, a few more outlets in the kitchen. The only negative is the carpeted dining area. I understand why, but it’s just ... bad. Mr & Mrs BTBRV ENJOY! 💞
Absolutely gorgeous rig! Personally, I'd like to see a half bath added--maybe that's another floor plan. I'd also like to see ceiling fans and remove the carpet on the slides. Lots of storage which is great! Love the color scheme!
My wife and I actually drove down to the VanLeigh plant and took a tour. Excellent customer service, all of our questions were answered, and they really want feedback on what you like, don't like, what they can improve, etc. As far as the cabinetry, they do offer a satin finish in the painted and cleared finishes. I'm a construction guy - I saw good practices and lots of attention to detail. This is not a mass production facility - I believe they said they make 4 per day, and virtually everything they produce is already sold. Tiffin is pretty elite as far as I'm concerned, and that's what I would want - if we wanted a Class A. These 5th wheels are quality built, by a quality, customer-focused company. Enjoy your time with her!!

My first thought about this lovely 5th wheel is I need a better paying job. LOL When you showed the first 'coffee station' by the fridge, I wondered where you would plug in the Keurig. I didn't see a power outlet in that area. This is more luxurious than many homes I've been in!
I don't use one myself, but I was thinking the same thing. I was also wondering why they didn't just put a few shallow cabinets with an outlet above the bed, which is where cpap units are housed in most modern RV's.
I purchased the Vilano 385RD last week. It is the mid level Vanleigh offers. It has EVERYTHING the Beacon has. Same dimension, same layout and I’m over the moon with it. CPAP users.... the overhang of the king bed platform offers a great place to build a hanging shelf under it. That way you can operate the slide and not worry about the CPAP being in the way. Just make sure you build the “cradle-shelf” attached to the underside of the platform so when you lift the bed the CPAP is raised as well. That way you can vacuum underneath without shuffling about the machine. If anyone has a question, reply to the comment and I’ll tell you more on how I built mine.
Great review and such an elegant and luxurious 5th Wheel ! I love EVERYTHING about the exterior and interior EXCEPT the one thing that I feel is a bit overdone - the bulky and clunky interior window treatments, especially the large slabs of molded wood over the windows. I think this make the interior look too busy. I agree that the KITCHEN is the nicest I've ever seen in a 5th Wheel. This Rolling Home is AWESOME !
What an absolutely stunning coach! There is no perfect RV, no matter how much money it costs. Just like there isn't a perfect home. After living or vacationing in it for a while, I've learned that I've had to compromise with things that aren't as convenient as I thought they'd be. It's all about give & take, and making the best out of anything or any living situation. Congratulations to you and your family! Enjoy 😊
Oh MY!!! The VanLeigh Beacon is a quite a nice line. However, I would've thought that there would be an additional bedroom and/or a 1/2 bath in the space? But, considering the level of detail and the lighting, I think it would be impossible to be disappointed! What a rig. JD- it's HUGE!!! Honestly, are you comfortable driving this large rig around?
JD it is breathtaking!! Storage, cabinetry, lighting and washer dryer stackable is amazing!! Good point about the refrigerator and slides! Otherwise it’s a beauty!! Look forward to your next video!!
As cpap users having side tables is the most important. Beds in slides dont have adequate space for the machines. Even if we love everything about the rv thats a deal breaker or a no go.
Absolutely fabulous! I agree 100% regarding total use of interior with slides all completely in is the best engineering design. Maybe or hopefully they went all out and didn't shave anything away anywhere inside or exterior like the best roof of fiberglass, heavy duty axles etc. Enjoy !!
I can only dream... But the one thing I love about the cheapo faux wood trim in campers is the fact that it obviously swells so fast anytime it comes in contact with moisture. It's an early alarm there's a problem, and super cheap to replace. With quality wood, that thing could be completely rotted inside with no signs of damage.
Really nice unit for full time living. Seems like it is constructed with quality in mind. However way to big for the camping I do. This unit is a concrete queen meant for camp resorts.
Call me crazy but I think JD loooovvves this 5th wheel. And did I miss the outlet on the 1st “coffee station?” Is that a window above the cooktop? It is truly a magnificent RV. Worthy of JD’s love! 😎✌🏻🤙🏻🤘🏻😎
I noticed that immediately - the first “coffee station” doesn’t have a plug unless it’s on the side like the island. Without a plug I have no idea what you would do with that space. It would become a clutter collector - the place everybody drops the stuff in their hands as they come in the door.
We love our 2021 320gk shower drop seat. The moulded in seat made us feel to close to the shower head, the drop seat allowed us to have the room we needed in the shower. We feel the drop seat is a great improvement.
I have actually checked the Vanleigh 5th wheels out at the dealer near me. They are super nice inside. Pictures and video do not do them justice! We own a 2018 39.5’ VanLeigh Beacon.. 4 slide outs. Front bath with 2 sinks. Easy for 2 people to move around easily. Mid bedroom. Rear living room kitchen.. all natural wood. The high ceiling makes it feel so roomy. I have looked a many others and would not trade it for anyone of them. Love the Beacon
I love it as well. Love the hand rails for stairs. Love living space. We don’t spend much time in our bedroom except to sleep. We have never turned on our bedroom tv. Liked your suggestion on changes. Thank you. I really think this could be our next RV. Wish it had an outdoor kitchen, if not I would like kitchen and living on same level. So what am I doing instead of looking for one I hadn't seen yet??? Sitting here watching it for the... I don't know.. 4th time maybe...?... This coach brings me in to looking at it once again over and over a 4th time. JUST STUNNING! The colors. The separation of the rooms. The space in that kitchen all over it! The space on each side of the oven is perfect. I would think it might have had a dishwasher for the luxury model this is at the price they have on them as well. The attention to detail on this is very well thought out. The upgrading of the things like the valances and others is absolutely beautiful. I could go on but we all have better things to do. I think 200,000 which from where I'm from you wouldn't be able to ever get a house for that price. So as far as choosing I would rather pay for this 5th wheel then a house
@@rememberthefallen1970 A house may cost more, but it also goes up in value over time. I paid $380k for my house 15 years ago. Today I could get over a million for it. What is a 15 year old 5th wheel going for? $10k maybe?
The seat in the shower is a nice option to have for more room by folding up if you wont be needing it vs the permanent seat that takes up floor space. The light on the step going to BR is going on and off

To answer some of the statements made .. You are correct the Bidet is the device by the toilet . The beautiful paneling in the bedroom is called wainscoting or wainscot paneling. Amazing unit
Love the new colors. It gives the illusion of much more space and a residential feel. Is this rated for full time use? Great layout too. The only thing I see I don't care for is the cramped bed area. At least one normal size nightstand is a must for most people.
This is a beautiful 5th wheel. Like to see awning over the slides and bigger nightstands . And that would be a perfect 5th wheel to me . Wouldn't change nothing else.
The Italians have started decor as bright warm fabrics on the furniture. The cabinets are maple birch or hardwood of choice it’s like being home. Their RV is warm and cozy no more living in drab monolithic room. Theirs are not like a garage or locker room.

It is beautiful. It's almost too fancy for my taste. Also, where are you putting your C-pap? Lol
The coach is beautiful! I wish they had a 2nd full bath! That would make it perfect!
It's the Rolls-Royce of RV's! :)
This is the most beautiful fifth wheel I have ever seen. I would want one like it.
there is no place to put my book, glasses and drink in the bedroom.
wainscoting.
Randy Cole or my C-pap
Just Beautiful and the color make it look lite and bigger than it is. We see after six months how you feel.
its not just beautiful, it is stinging beautiful fifth-wheel
Love the new colors. It gives the illusion of much more space and a residential feel. Is this rated for full time use? Great layout too. The only thing I see I don't care for is the cramped bed area. At least one normal size nightstand is a must for most people.
I have never heard you talk so fast!!!!! TAKE A BREATH!!!!!! LOLOL
It would have been a 30min video instead of a 15 lol. Oh, you can change the playback speed in the options :)
@@BTBRVReviews , what's wrong with a 30 minute video?

So amazing! I love that there are a couple of steps to get into the living room. It gives a very cozy feel. I love it!!!!
Your kidding right? This is one of those homes from that show “ the rich and famous”! Couple of million at least!

There's nothing not to like about it. Absolutely stunning.
Enough with the “beautiful” and “ gorgeous”
Bah, humbug!
I LOVE the white interior, make it look so big and lighted.
This is a beautiful 5th wheel. Like to see awning over the slides and bigger nightstands . And that would be a perfect 5th wheel to me . Wouldn't change nothing else.
I counted 46 uses of absolutely, and 63 beautiful. I get the impression he likes this RV.
Wow, it's gorgeous...I love the interior design and the color....it's cozy..
It's absolutely gorgeous! I would agree with the larger nightstand comments. I can't wait to hear your review once your test run is done.
Congratulations on your new Van Leigh Beacon brother! Hands down one of the nicest Coach’s I’ve seen....and I am on the hunt for one like this too!!!
You are a good man Charlie Brown. We appreciate you.
The Italians have started decor as bright warm fabrics on the furniture. The cabinets are maple birch or hardwood of choice it’s like being home. Their RV is warm and cozy no more living in drab monolithic room. Theirs are not like a garage or locker room.
It’s like a home. Beautiful
I am blown away by the lack of dark brown wood, I don't usually like 5th wheel interiors but this is nice.
Could you make a video with a fully load RV? Just want to picture how it looks with your items in one. Especially in the lower storage areas where you could store your bikes.
