Saw your comment and had to tell you what I found out about this county and it’s justice system ! The county jail she uses is one of the worst in the county ! People have died in their from dirty conditions , one being a man who died from a bed bug infestation ! It made Main Street news ! Also the federal gov gave fani 17 and a half million dollars to hire more people to process the cases of over a third of the prison population who have been in there and not charged with a crime ! You have 45 days to charge a person. that one third of them has been in this place for a year or longer !! So against their constitutional rights ! They have a mess in every way in this county !! Sen Jim Jordan has asked for the paperwork as to where all this money had gone and she only sent him some of it ! He sent her a letter telling her that if she didn’t produce all of it by March 28 she would be held in contempt ! Two days before that day she sent him one back telling him to take a hike ! So far nothing has been done to her about this !! Her arrogance with the way she talked to him was unreal !! What a mess ! And afraid more to come !

I think the judge and the prosecutor should’ve both been thrown off the case. If this case is proceeded, it should be done fairly and justly. I’m not even sure that it’s a good case at all to begin with . , in fact leading towards a total dismissal, but if it’s treated fairly, it will all come out correctly..

These cases are not just about getting convictions, they are for public opinion, specifically for people who believe or want people to treat INDICTMENTS as findings of guilt. the amount of evidence indicating election fraud occurring in fulton county georgia is considerable and probably more egregious than any other state. A tyrant is defined by the manner in which he exercises power and not by the power he exercises. a tyrant exercises power according to his own pleasure with, without and without regard to the consent of the governed. biden is a tyrant, because he does not care what anyone else thinks of his plan. as he was elected by fraud, he cannot be removed from power in an election. instead he will commit more fraud and democrats imagine they will be in control of the government without any republicans meddling with their secret plans.

You're right about the process generally ... but there are some cases that are questionable and some that are obvious. This one is the latter.

That phone call was clear and you heard it the way you wanted to hear it. If you hate Trump you heard create fraudulent votes. If you’re a supporter you heard. I know there’s more votes they’re hiding so find them. That statement can be taken two ways and the democrats interpret it the way they want and conservatives the same.

What an education in the court system. Incredible dialogue of the process of indictment. There are some great minds here. I appreciate them all. I like Judge Mcafee. He seems to have a good heart and goodwill to do what is right and just. He seems open and humble to listen to a lawyer who is not a judge to learn more about the process. I, as an American citizen am learning so much. Lawyer Steve Sedow is a true natural teacher with patience, discipline, fairness, and openness, not there with his own purpose or to make his own ends, but to listen objectively to all that is said and judges according to his keen knowledge of the court system's great books. It is all good to see, hear and learn. I appreciate this opportunity and am grateful. Thank you. God bless you.
