question...and it may be a stupid one.....Does it matter how/when you add the Vanilla syrup? Can it be froathed in with the milk? Does it have to be in before the coffe is added??
I think any kind of vanilla syrup cannot be added on a hot liquid, otherwise the heat will kill off the vanilla flavor. So you can add vanilla syrup and milk and you can mix it around.

Adding milk first and then ice before the espresso allows for better mixing between the milk and espresso. This can create a smoother texture and more balanced flavor. Iced cappuccinos don't technically exist. Cappuccino is typically more foam since the iced version doesn't have foam it's not actually a thing.

In our coffee shop we make 3 shots espresso for iced latte for 16 oz cup
A latte is made with one shot or two. If you make a much bigger size then you will put more but also more milk. It's that simple
